I believe my complaint regarding the lack of ATM access after hours is quite straightforward and requires no further elaboration.nnI genuinely hope that the decision-makers at TD will grasp the gravity of the situation and consider implementing improved security measures for after-hours ATM access or perhaps even constructing a drive-through option. The worst customer service. I booked appt for 10 and she came at 10:06 and. Yet she did not even said apologies for the delay or being late. I asked it’s normal here, she is like yes traffic you know.nThen she was upset why I booked appointment for debit. It’s their care centre who told me I have to there to do this. It’s been 5months as per TD rep they can’t help me remotely.
THE WORST customer service experience ever.nI had an credit card application at this branch on Sep 10th. They said they would call me back after 5-7 days to sign some forms over the phone if the application got approved or even if denied. There was no call. I called the hotline and was told that my application was approved but there was something else that they needed. I was told to wait as they would message the branch to call me. There was no call. I called the branch and again was promised that they will let the person who process my application know and call me back by that day. I waited and called back 2 hours before the closing time and they promised to call back and solve the problem within the day. Nothing! Never get any call back from them.nUntil today, I called and the BRANCH MANAGER said she would look it up and call me back in 10mins. I didn't believe these people anymore and went to the branch. By the time I got there and talked to the teller, it was nearly an hour from my call and there was no call from THE MANAGER.nLuckily one of the senior advisor resolve my problem and i got my credit account after nearly 1 month waiting and dozen phone calls.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Roula during my visit to the bank, and I must say, her service was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I approached her desk, Roula greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me ease.nnNot only helped me out but she was dealing with 3-4 people , even her coworkers,at time but very patient and calm.I wholeheartedly recommend Roula to anyone in need of banking services. Her dedication, knowledge, and customer-centric approach make her an invaluable asset to the bank and a trusted advisor to her clients. Thank you, Roula, for your outstanding service.
These people seriously do not know how to do the job. They have 3 bank tellers per person, and all ask eachother questions and are clueless!!! Poorly trained people. And the line ups are crazy!!! Can have you waiting for 2 hours or more. Terrible!
