Terrible bank terrible service. They give the run around when dealing with fraud. Not helpful or effective. Call the service line the teller says. The service line says I need a teller. Teller says she can’t help me. Not impressed. Will not do anymore business with them.
Jay is the most friendly guy to deal with. I am always happy to see him when I go into thenbranch. One time he gave me a tip on how to start savings. Each time I go in now I update him on how I am doing.nKeep up the good work Jay. And thanks. Cherylnnthhim I have really saved some cash by collecting my fives.
Anahita - has been a great help with my situation while i was looking to get a mortgage fixed. It was a surprise to me when i found someone who actually took some time to make me understand how things work out and what would be the best as per my given situation.nHighly recommended to meet Anahita when anyone is coming in for any financial needs or guidance.

Had a meeting with Taylor Roberge to open a bank account + getting a credit card. Everything went well, attitude was very positive, everything was explained to me in a simple manner. Do not look at all the negative reviews, did not see any reason why this place should have anything less than 4 stars. Would recommend!
