Terrible bank terrible service. They give the run around when dealing with fraud. Not helpful or effective. Call the service line the teller says. The service line says I need a teller. Teller says she can’t help me. Not impressed. Will not do anymore business with them.
Jay is the most friendly guy to deal with. I am always happy to see him when I go into thenbranch. One time he gave me a tip on how to start savings. Each time I go in now I update him on how I am doing.nKeep up the good work Jay. And thanks. Cherylnnthhim I have really saved some cash by collecting my fives.
Anahita - has been a great help with my situation while i was looking to get a mortgage fixed. Had a meeting with Taylor Roberge to open a bank account + getting a credit card. Everything went well, attitude was very positive, everything was explained to me in a simple manner. Do not look at all the negative reviews, did not see any reason why this place should have anything less than 4 stars. Would recommend!
