I don’t normally go to this branch but this is a few branches that opens on Saturdays. One Saturday before I went on vacation, I took out a thousand dollar and asked for an envelope and the teller told me they didn’t have it. She told me they have been out and are on order for weeks. What kind of branch is this? I’ve never run into this situation that the Royal Bank branches don’t have envelopes for customers to put money into. Either the branch was truly run out of envelopes or the bank teller is racist.
Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. If I could give a ZERO then I would. Opened an account online. Was not given any information, I.E. a acct nbr. Didn't get a card in the mail, NOTHING. I had no money in the account but they wanted to charge $20.00 to close the account. My wife did the same and they won't close the account, WHY? RBC put restrictions on my wife's account after a deposit was made. The restrictions have been for 2 weeks. NEVER GOING TO BANK AT RBC. This is how this bank makes money.
It was the worst service I've ever seen!nThey are not attending their own appointment.nThey have asked me about my 2 years working experience, NOA for 2 years, and lots of other papers just to open credit card. It means if I'm a newcomer, I can't open a credit account in RBC!nnIt's especially bad because I did open their credit card from home within 5 minutes. Just ridiculous.
Horrible service. The bank manage couldn’t even look up from her computer to speak to me. I wanted an explanation on why she doesn’t certify cheques and she refuses to look up or anything. Do not use this branch of you HAVE to even use RBC
Worst RBC royal bank ever, those Indian and Somalian employees can't even do their job properly, couldn’t do a silly job then i went to the other branch for work and they did the work within five miniutes.
