Good service today and fast. Really surprised to see bad reviews but i had a good experience. I was efficiently swapped from the counter while they dealt with another client. While they waited on hold to deal with my issue, i comfortably sat in a wait room. They speak your language too so dont hesitate .
We have had so many issues related to our rbc mortgage. Communication has been lost between us and our mortgage specialist. We've tried to call the branch but they weren't able to help us. After 2 months of waiting for our purchase plus improvement mortgage, getting 2 appraisals done!! we finally close for the house. Now trying to contact our mortgage specialist over 3 days now has been a challenge, leaving messages, voicemails and emails to Lilly Young with not a word back. Seriously consider your choices before solidifying a deal.
Went in to deposit a check from my family who lives in the United States, was told by 2 employees they don't cash American checks anymore, got TOLD to leave by them. Called 3 other banks and head office to see about this no more American checks...I was lied to, head office said they'd have the branch manager contact me in 24/48hrs...that was 4 days not counting the long weekend I will be filing a formal complaint with the head office against this branch. Guess they don't like it when someone wearing a rainbow walks in
The lineup of account holders is far too long for a teller window at this RBC branch location. The RBC brand conveys not valuing it's customer account holders, and wrongly assumers their account holders time is not valuable.
There is an employee there who is acting inappropriately. More than once, I was standing in line and she did not offer assistance. She waited for another employee to serve me. This is not appropriate for a respectable bank like RBC
