Today I had a bad experience to this branch, waiting time more than expected everybody got pissed because of that, when I got to the teller the computer didn't work, moved to another teller, took way too long to get some other currencies than CAD.nSomething has to be done to this branch to be faster and more professional.
They were friendly, opened to my situation, and overall, RBC itself is wonderful for helping my enquiries as a student.
Do not bank with this branch or RBC at all. You will not be treated fairly nor do they care about how long you have been a customer. Most of the people that work there do not seem to understand clear English. Their goal is to make dealing with them impossible. They are horrible people.
Failed wire transfer. Almost wrecked the deal. Book appointment for business account upgrades. Failed to call back left message no answer. Very disappointing. Looking for new bank suggestions for personal and business!
Customer Service has always been really great. We are always greeted as soon as we walk through the door.nnEveryone that we have dealt with at this location has been really friendly and really helpful. This location is really nice to go to during the day because it seems to be a bit slowly which is always nice!
