I had an appointment with Kristal on Tuesday and phoned to cancel on Monday at noon and got her voicemail which she never listened to so she was still expecting me. I have tried to phone her to rebook several times and she never calls me back.
Trying to reach management from this location is almost impossible. There are no direct lines to a branch anymore and when having to wait and deal with telephone banking they will not provide this information. I work night shifts and simply needed to get in contact with the manager or assistant manager. Stayed awake and went in twice now. Once not available and the next time waited for 20 minutes with no update and finally left. How can someone be reached in this branch since I have to directly contact management— this has been absolutely insane and beyond frustrating.
Very long wait time even there is no line up, waited over 25 minutes and there were three counters open with three customers...there should have seperate person for advising then tellers should be quick.

Teller counted a fairly hefty cash deposit by hand instead of using the machine, it came out $200 shorter than I expected the deposit to be. I left for a minute and realized I should have insisted she use the machine to count it all, went back in shortly after to ask her to do the count again with the machine to double check there was no overage/overlapping bills but she had already deposited it. Not sure I trust that this was the correct amount, I'm very diligent in keeping track of my funds.nnIn the past since I've switched to this location I have also been given inaccurate information about interest rates on a GIC from a investment advisor.nnI've generally been very happy with RBC in the past used to visit the Kensington branch before they moved but I definitely won't be visiting this location again.n2 stars because despite bad advice and untrustworthy service, everyone there has been very polite and friendly towards me.
