The fried chicken leg is always crispy, juicy, cooked perfectly, big in size and delicious, which I think it’s the best Hong Kong style fried chicken leg in Toronto by far. Black pepper or garlic sauce is good. Choose rice or spaghetti. The cold red bean drink never disappoint me. The partition separating tables make me feel safe to eat there. The washrooms are outdated and recommend to be cleaned more often.
Lots of choices for a Hong Kong style restaurant. It's not super authentic as other Hong Kong style ones but not bad at all. I'll go back again. Prices were good. Lots of people ordered a hot pot dish with burning stove under it. Looked very nice. The Russian borsch soup was too sour, the spaghetti looked like what I would make/boil at home.
Cheap hong kong style food. Flavours are okay, but for the price can't complain. Their fries and HK style tea are great
Nice HK-styled food. We’ll be back!
Heard about the amazing Chicken Hot Pot in Mississauga and came for a tasting. Really rich and flavourful, especially with the splash of cilantro to give it the final fragrant kick. Protein was fresh and I basically stuffed myself silly, especially after adding the soup base for the literal hot pot. Most enjoyable moment was the amazing service. Owner was chatty and welcoming, and made sure my party was taken care of. Would come back next time for sure!
Decent location for lunch, resembles a Cantonese cafe cha chaan teng with simple and easy comfort foods. The fried chicken leg is pretty good for its price, try it with the black pepper sauce. The stone pot meals are good too. A lot of regulars eat the chicken pot here which I hear is a good sharing experience.
Very authentic Hong Kong cuisine. A huge variety of food encompassing different Hong Kong cultures such as fried chicken leg, baked rice and spaghetti, noodles in soup, fried instant noodles, hot pot, fried rice, Chow mein, and a variety of drinks. Their chef was specially hired from Hong Kong and the lunch specials are affordable and updated daily. 10/10 would recommend the milk tea hot or cold because it's traditional, smooth, freshly made and very good! I will attach more photos next time I go
Absolutely terrible customer service! I came here with my mom, dad and 2-year-old niece. We asked for water before ordering our food since my niece was thirsty, and a waiter rudely told us that it would come out with our food after we ordered. We asked if we could get it now, since it was for the child, and the waiter told us that we could have just *said* the water was for our child if we wanted it so badly. He kept arguing with us about it instead of getting us our water, so we decided to leave because we had enough. After we got up and got ready to leave, a man who I presume to be the owner came up to my parents and got right in their faces, and would not speak or move. My parents asked him what he wanted, and after about the tenth time that they asked, he started shouting at us, demanding that we leave. This was one of the most terrible experiences I've had at a restaurant to this day! Waiter and owner were incredibly rude and insensitive. They also didn't have any high chairs on top of refusing to give us water for our child. Do not come here.
Only HK Cafe style restaurant that I know of in Mississauga. It's pretty good for the price if you crave for HK style food.
Be sure to try the chicken pot here! That’s the chefs special here. The portion size was big if you want to add side dishes on top of the chicken pot, but it can also get quite expensive. So don’t order too much side dishes if you also want to order other entree dishes…!
