Some HK comfort food First time coming here and everything was so yummy, the brisket was juicy and fell apart, went so well with the curry as well as the rice and the croissant. The broth for the noodles were slightly thick with just enough spice. My favourite dish was the curry beef brisket croissant if you ever go it’s a must try Curry Beef Brisket with rice and i added beef balls Satay Expresso Beef noodle soup Spicy curry beef brisket croissant with black Truffle sauce
This is my first time visiting this restaurant for lunch and the experience was quite good. Although it is small, the place is clean in general. Service is kind of friendly. As to the food, they are famous of beef brisket. In fact, it is pretty good though. I like the noodle as they are tender and chewy. Although the menu covers the majority of noodle soups and a few rice options there are plenty to choose from as well as appetizers. We also tried the beef tender balls in curry. They are rich of curry taste and the beef tender balls are super. It is worth to try this small restaurant as you will find more favourable Hong Kong style noodle soups plus Hong Kong style milk tea. The cold milk tea is 100% milk tea as it doesn't have ice cube in the drink that dilutes the taste. The only downside about dining experience was that they are using single use chopsticks and spoon which substantially discounted your dining experience. That's why I didn't rate 5-stars. I would suggest using regular dining utensils.
Real taste of Hong Kong street style noodles. The quality is at the top range of beef noodles you can find in HK, and you can sit comfortably here.
Good quality food and decent portions! Its more expensive than your typical HK place. Interesting decor with typical HK street stools and tables. And unique mahjong tables Will come back again to try their other items.
Got take out here a few times with various food apps. Always smooth experience here. Portion is good. Food tastes great and like their HK style milk tea! Take advantage of BOGO deals via UberEats!
We ordered 3 things for take out. The minced pork sauce noodle is decent, it's like hong kong cafe style. The beef offal is good, but was hoping for beef tripe but there wasn't any in it. Overall soup is taste with the noodles, but don't drink it straight as it can be pretty salty. The skirt steak with noodles meat is a bit chewvy, just how i like it.
Have tried their "signature" beef brisket soup, satay beef noodle soup/ white radish soup, and curry beef brisket. Quality has gone downhill and seeing that they've closed two shops, it definitely shows. Soups that used to be made with proper stock with tangible flavour and mouthfeel have been replaced by MSG. All of the ingredients used have gone down in quality and are either overcooked or taste like they've been sitting around for too long. Also if you care about Hong Kong, the owner of the restaurant, Jordan Lee, is a CCP party member who was against the 2019 HK protests directed towards the extradition bill. He has endorsed the scumbag involved in the Yuen Long MTR assaults Junis Ho. And he has expressed his support for Xinjiang cotton. Looking forward to seeing this chain being replaced by a restaurant that treats Hong Kong food and the city with a little respect.
The food is just average, what you’d expect. The overall vibe of the place is super cute though. Love the mahjong tables and wallpaper
the restaurant's aura was very pretty and made me want to go back to hk!! delicious various selections of noodles and toppinps and a wonderful broth to bring them together! i ordered the marinated tofu and fish balls with vermicelli, it was very good overall!
I ordered beef brisket noodles. Taste was good with good portion. We arrived at 9pm, and we were the only table. Service was nonexistent. Never served any water or tea. When I mentioned my phone was not working with the QR code on the table and asked the waitress to take our order. The cold response was wirte it down on a piece of paper yourself. Today I went next door at Tasty Kitchen at noon and they had a pack restaurant, while i checked Beefing 7 was not even half full. There is no secret to running a restaurant, decent food, reasonable prices, clean washrooms and decent service. The 2 stars was for the food. I really want this restaurant to succeed as I like this type of food. Will give it one more try in a few weeks to see if any improvements...
