Great service! Great food. Quick food to table. Good variety. Wish they had dumplings, included the soy milk and had cold drinking water instead of room temp tho. Still 5 stars. Will be back.
Love this place. Super clean, staff very friendly and everything tasted delicious. Now they provide disposable cups for drinks and chopsticks. You now order on paper instead of verbally. I do not speak Mandarin so this helped so much - in the past somethings got lost which is understandable. Thank you for a great night out! Staff wore masks and gloves during service and at least 1 server was in the room at all times. Would go again!
Such a great experience! Tons of meat/veg options and bases are delicious. Sauce bar is fully stocked with everything you need! Service is very fast and friendly! Ordering is done through a paper menu. Your menu is taken and when all items in a round have been served, it is returned so you can place another order. Will absolutely be back soon!
This hot pot was pretty good. The broth was flavorful. They have a variety of sauces to go with your ingredients. I got the spicy broth in my pot. I would only recommend it for those who can handle spice. The only downsides were they added a tip automatically to the bill and the broth was a little slow at coming out. They should give notice of the automatic tip on their website or inform customers when they come in. The service wasnt bad. I only recommend coming here if you can afford $40-$50 meal. If you are on a bugdet, I wouldnt recommend it.
Meat Not fresh. Everything tastes very strange. No one told us it is all u can eat firstly. The dessert tastes very very strange. And dip doesn't taste right
I wanted to give this place good rating when I first walked in. It is one of the cleanest chinese restaurant I've been. However, the price was ridiculous. Yes, it was the weekend so I didn't mind paying 27.99 per person for AYCE hotpot. BUT! They make you PAY EXTRA for BROTH!! Between $5~13 on top of what you pay This is a hotpot place, so why isn't broth included in the price??? It is my first time where I had to pay extra for broth in a HOTPOT RESTAURANT. Is this some new trend that I haven't been aware of?? Please, anyone comment if this is a norm now and I do not know about They should really say it starts 33 dollars and up. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 star is, because at least the ingredients were fresh and overall taste is pretty good. Value is just not good.
Highly recommend to avoid this restaurant.Hotpot soup is over-salted! Staff are rude. Food is not fresh with limited selections. Most importantly, watch out for the items/food that you plan to order, they will trick you to deliver a large volume of inexpensive food to make sure you have leftovers, and then charge you a mystery price that cannot be found in the menu. If you don't want to pay the extra one person dinner cost for their pre set-up leftovers, they will force you to finish them with the over-salted hotpot soup. So ridiculous!
This was our first experience and it will be the last. We went for the AYCE option, so on top of the price you also have to pay for the hot pot! You ask for soup base and head to the cold section where all the meats, seafood, and veggies are kept in fridges. Most of the items are labeled, but some are in Chinese with no English translation. The quality of the selections are standard. Carefully, inspect what you take as some of the meats were slimy! One of my friends actually got food poisoning from this place. Service is almost non-existent. You have flag someone down to just get something. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant until they improve their service and food.
I don't mind to pay 50 per person but the place doesn't provide as many food options as a restaurant with such price range should. Plus, it doesn't have any desert and fruit. I would say Liuyishou gives much richer food options with the same price.
This restuarant is one the most clean chinese restaurant I have been. Foods were fresh and delicious. The waiters were also kind :. But the price is expensive. I was with my friendstotal 3. Basic price is around 27 because of weekend. It makes sense but there is extra for brothalmost 11~15. It was hard to understand. And lamb meat is also extra. Although I was satisfied with food and service, but I don't wanna recommend this restaurant because of expensive price.
