Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is extremely slow, can’t dine in, and found a hair in my beef chalupa. The parking lot had a great atmosphere. The fries were extremely salty. Had to ask for hot sauce three times and they gave us mild. But I will be back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Went through the drive thru and placed my order. We had to repeat what we wanted 3 times and when confirming our order the lady still got it wrong. No big deal, we just figured we would let her know once we got to the window. Well, she still managed to repeat the wrong order back to us, however we were able to confirm the correct order. It was not overly busy but yet we still waited just over 10 minutes. Again, didn't think it was a big deal until we got our food. It was literally thrown together and thrown in the bag. Our crunch wraps were falling apart never had this issue at other locations. We asked for hot sauce and all we got was mild. The fries tasted like they not only had salt but somehow also tasted sweet? The drinks were the only good thing. Don't bother with this location.

Orderd a crunch wrap supreme combo and a small popcorn chicken with a small gravey. Got home only to see the gravy was thrown on top spilling all over my order. Definitely won't be coming back. You're jobs not that hard please do better.

30min and still waiting for a drive thru order. There are 3 people waiting infront of us with no sign of the orders being completed. Estimated wait was 10min. The staff have terrible communication and no ability to work minimum wage. Owners should fire any management responsible and all staff who are unable to meet a minimum quality standard of providing services or goods that are paid for.

I visited later in the evening, and the doors where locked. I almost walked away until a guy waiting in his truck pointed out theres a walk up window to order from. It's a neat idea, and for this area of the city it makes sense but it was easy to miss and just felt weird. There was no seating outside to eat at after ordering but the food hit the spot. the guy who pointed out the window to me, had them forget about his large order though, and he was the only one waiting before me. I'm fairly certain the walk up window is available 24/7 though so that's convenient.
