The best breakfast we’ve had in months- the short rib eggs Benny was a clear winner, but the surprise was the fried halloumi salad substitute in place of the hash browns - it had wonderfully fried capers, roasted cauliflower and a light dressing. The drinks were also amazing - as well as the house made hot sauce, which is drinkable honestly.nn10/10, friendly staff, wonderful service, great area!

The food, service, and experience were top tier at Pip! We were warmly greeted by the host that escorted us to a beautifully appointed table and was soon warmly greeted by our amazing server Stephanie.nnShe was phenomenal; the type of service you don’t encounter these days that almost feels like a pastime a lot of establishments lack.nnTheir croque monsieur was out of this world with a ton of flavour and their arugula, kale & fried cheese salad was the best salad I’ve had EVER. That needs to be boxed and sold as a salad in stores.nnNot to mention their in house hot sauce was chefs kiss. We didn’t get a chance to buy one of their bottled ones for sale as they were sold out but we could absolutely understand why they were!nnPip by far the best service and brunch in town. Full of flavour.nnAlso, who ever has a handle on the music playing in the restaurant; attributed to the great ambience , complimenting their beautiful decor.nnThank you Stephanie for exceeding our expectations and setting the tone for our visit to Edmonton. We’d definitely be back for the food but are really coming back for the amazing hospitality we received.nnPro-tip; go on a Monday before 12! It’s less busy.

We stopped in here for lunch, the food was amazing! Our server Kris was above and beyond! Best service from Kris. From start to finish, awesome experience, super friendly service, and amazing food. We will be coming back again soon.

Returning to Edmonton is nostalgic for my partner and I. I attended the U of Alberta and she grew up in St. Albert. This classy breakfast stop is comfortable, elegant with its white washed brick walls and welcoming staff. The coffee was rich and flowing, the music at a nice level for conversation and the Espresso Martini powerful and so tasty. She had the mushroom rage special and I had the short rib eggs Benedict. We shared an arugula and grilled cheese side salad which was nice and large for a side. We also enjoyed the Pip hot sauce so much we took home a bottle. A slightly citrus flavour with just a touch of heat, not too overwhelming. If we lived in Edmonton we would return and will add it to our Google Map as a place to return to. We talked travel with our server and enjoyed people watching too. Come for an amazing atmosphere, hard working staff and delicious food. Thank you!

Enjoyed a great meal at Pip! The seafood risotto was perfectly cooked, with well-seasoned seafood and a creamy, flavorful base. The brown butter cake was an ideal finish—nice balance of salty and sweet with excellent textures. Highly recommend!
