Original Joe's

Jayda at Original Joe’s provided outstanding service friendly, attentive, and prompt. She went above and beyond to help us celebrate my brother’s girlfriend’s birthday with a complimentary brownie, and even coordinated flowers, chocolates, and a card from the staff. The birthday girl was incredibly touched, and our whole table felt so cared for.nIt wasn’t just great service, it was genuine hospitality. Jayda helped create a memorable, meaningful celebration, and our whole party left feeling grateful and happy. Thank you, Jayda, and thank you to the team at Original Joe’s for such a special experience.

Had dinner with a friend and was served by Lyle - what a fantastic guy! His service was excellent and more than accommodating when we moved from the patio to inside. Our food was great and we will both definitely be back. OJ's is lucky to have his as part of their team for sure!

I had the watermelon margarita and it was delicious! Also enjoyed the noodle bowl, can't quite remember the name, it was only ok...like it was missing something in the sauce. Finally the truffle fries. The sauce to dip it in was delicious but the fries themselves were too salty. Wife enjoyed the steak, decent cut of meat and the side salad she said was one of the best she'sever had. Our waitress was friendly but the service was a little slow for the amount of people there.

Good experience here. Service was excellent and the nachos were really good. We ordered the party size and it was more than enough for two of us. Server was very attentive and this venue is definitely worth visiting.

My husband and I picked up our order and when we got home we found my husband's meal appeared to be someone else's as it was not what he ordered. I have a hurt neck, hence my desire to not cook tonight and was upset id have to drive back and get the correct meal and then thought how will that work with my meal.. fish tacos and poutine. Surely it'll be cold and soggy when im back. And I didnt want to eat and then go!nI called Original Joe's and the lady that helped me had amazing customer service skills. When I expressed my concern, she let me know, we will remake the entire order and bring it to you! I dont live far. The lady got here fast. Inside the bag there was a nice card acknowledging the situation along with the remade food. The food was hot and delicious!!! Im completely blown away at this service and hubby and I very much enjoyed our meals. This was the best service I ever had regarding a order issue from a restaurant. Proud to say my hubby and I are regulars at this location and will continue to be. Wish I thought to grab the lady's name to mention here. This totally made our night!!!!
