T&T Supermarket

I went to this store to buy frozen dumpling and when i pick up the dumpling was not cold enough. And i smell refrigerant so i thought the freezer maybe leaking refrierant. And its the case. The freezer should be under minus 10 C but was 15 C. The food inside the freezer should be trashed not to be sold to customer for health hazard.i also reported to fraser health.this is the second time i saw their coolers not working properly.so no point to write an email to their customer service dept as mentioned in their reply here. This just will happen again. Its stupid for a big company not to assign one staff to monitor their coolers few times a day to ensure customers food safety.

TnT has beef brisket noodle soup! It was surprisingly tasty, however the brisket was a bit chewy for me. $12.99 for what you get was a good value. Better than eating upstairs at the food court. I'm here on a Saturday and it's busy, yet TnT eating area was quite empty.

Our go to place for quick sushi lunch and snack. Wife likes pig ear and knotted kelp. But fruit can be pricey. Went yesterday and sushi reduced at end of day. Enjoyed California roll. Went again as persimmons on sale. Came again for snack and got sushi plate. Ok but nothing like fresh. Rice tends to harden in cooler. Wasabi very hot. Came again for sushi and sesame balls. Delicious . Wife likes pigs ear

I bought durian at metrotown on 6/16 for $20. When I opened the disposal box, the inside microwave wrap was partially open which was quite weird. Noticed the durian flesh was soggy and a bit sour so I immediately threw it away. Guess it is contaminated because they placed the fruits at veggie/fruit section but not in the fridge. It was worse than the frozen durian I usually bought. Will be cautious in buying cut and open fruits next time

Just bought 2 large rice balls at T and T. After eating 1/3 of it, I am still eating the rice….almost only rice !!! Basically I paid 6.99 for “rice balls” very disappointing. With that price, I can almost buy a bag of rice and cook it myself.
