Greatest selection when it comes to lunch options the deli really has it going on and the quality of food in my opinion is second to none. Lot of great vegetarian options too.

I have been going to this store fore almost nine years and since the Sobey's take over I have seen a slow decline. I find the meat department's quality and staff has always been top notch. The deli department is the worst I have ever dealt with though. Staff is too buy talking and gossiping with each other in the back. When I finally have to yell "Hello" to get some serve they sign and stomp out like I am bugging them. And forget about getting a sandwich.. slow to help you, dirty surroundings, and rude staff. They used to have really great, efficient and friendly cashiers that I came to know and recognize. The last few times I have been there I haven't recognized anyone, most of the lanes are closed, forcing us to go to the express lane when we have more than 15 items, and the staff is slow and incompetent. I am now going to do all my shopping at the store located at Fraser and 152 Street.

Best place to shop for your groceries. The staff are effecient and friendly. They have everything you need and there are always space for parking.

I only go here to pick up prescriptions because the Safeway Pharmacy staff are great and the coffee at Starbucks is better than average. As for the rest of the store: The entry doors are littered with garbage and filth. Some of that filth has taken on human form, and panhandling ensues. The place is small, dingy and ghetto, and not in a good way. Staff appear tortured, with sad eyes behind forced smiles. Produce is ridiculously overpriced for a store that competes with not one but two retail farm markets within 400 metres.

The pharmacy is great . they are nice there and jave been going there for years. They have been helpful and gone out of their way to accomodate me and my needs .
