Visit Hannam supermarket at Surrey branch of Always market fresh. Good parking place & very good location. I buy Rhee chun rice new crop--- 40LB 18.14kg--$39.95 Very economic good price. And Sush roll box - $13.50 & Spicy Sashimi Salad - ---- $10.99 Very delicious. And Cooked pork hocks --- $6.12, Ambrocia apple, & Good morning bakery/crime bread.& bean vegetable..

A nice little grocery store. Mostly Korean focused and have a good selection of fresh produce as well as frozen seafood & packaged frozen items. Not too big but not small either, has almost everything that a typical Korean household would appreciate on s day to day. And also would be appreciated by non Korean folks looking for fun new Korean items to try

Well organized and prices are very reasonable. The cashier took her time alerting us that certain items have discounts if purchased more than one. A pleasant experience.

I went to Hannam after work to get my groceries. When I couldn't reach an item that was placed above the rack, a male staff, working at that time as stated in the receipt, came over to help me. I was confused with the items and I asked him a few times for clarification. He was infuriated and yelled at me at the top of his lungs!! I was shocked that Hannam staff would treat customers like that. I felt SO DISRESPECTED AS WOMAN AND CUSTOMER! I wasn't rude to him from the beginning. There is absolutely no need to speak with me in such a harsh manner. Any matter can be resolved in a professional manner. I have heard of many many stories from friends and their family members about horrible customer service at Hannam from hidden bad quality underneath good food, rude cashier who yelled and embarass customers and not to mentions false advertising i.e: you get a different price on your receipt that what you see in flyer or price put next to the product. I know many people went throught these unpleasant experiences after reading the comments on Google review. This would be follow by management apologized and would try to improve their service. However, these have been and will perpetuating .....if the same people continue to work there. I would love to see Hannam survive, but the way Hannam runs it bussiness harsh treatments to clients, dishonest deals-products and price and by rude people. Hannam Surrey, no wonder you are no longer as busy as it used to be over the years. Good luck, yes you absolutely need that! Nowaday, I would drive 30mins to support other Korean stores and be treated kindly and with respect like how it should be for all customers!

often has sales to be on the lookout for. consistent with many korean grocery stores, their special fruit boxes e.g. korean grapes, korean pear are a great gift when visiting other households. other nationalities appreciate the unique korean fruit and often love the taste, and koreans know and appreciate a known delicacy. lots of selection and fresh foods..

Tight, tight, and tight parking space. The entrance point to the parking lot is very narrow - please watch out for yourself. Cars on 104th ave drive fast - so double-watch it. The products they carry inside the store are very similar to other H-Mart locations. People living in Surrey do not have many options though for their Korean groceries. Too bad you can not get out of the store heading East bound 104th Ave, its so painful to get out of here, every single time.

They always have good quality fruits and vegetables on sale every week!

Great collection. Have some really good thai pineapple jam snacks i bought last time. Its above the freezer section. Next to the veggies. Even the coconut rolls they got are so tasty. And at great price.
