I really like this store, but got food poisoning from the in-store Superstore brand $12 pizzas.nnThe guy who wears the Santa Costume around Christmas time should be promoted! Can't remember his name, but he is the big fella with the black hair in a pony tail. Really helpful, kind and positive guy.

Today is June 17 ,2024nAll these gluten free product has 1 week left to go until expiry how about you sell them for less and people would buy them look at the expert date look at how expensive it is now it’s all going to garbage no way anyone buying all this left amount within a weeknThose are sick people with celiac disease and wheat sensitivity , this is so bad what a shame seriously $8dollars for almost expired cookiesnShame on you superstore everything had become so expensive I see people looking and not able to buynDisgusting I will shop at Walmart from now on

I give customer service a definite 5 star review tried since 9:30 this morning to get through to the pharmacy no luck, now 4:30 called customer er service who paged a manager… within 5 min. Someone from pharmacy called. Great service customer service, not so much pharmacy.. you get a -0

This location of Superstore, would offer great customer service by having employees available for the 13 checkout lanes! Only 6 were open at the time of this visit! About 12 customers waiting at the self checkout plus the customers scanning their items!nRidiculous and surprising for a Loblaws held company, one that is doing well profit-wise!nAdding that the restrooms here at this location continue to be dirty/nasty.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They never answer their phone for anyone doctors, other pharmacies or patients. They have provided another patients medication to me, they have given me the wrong strength and even called and asked me what a prescrption even said. Today when I went and asked them to transfer my medication to another pharmacy, they said that the other pharmacy had to call them but if they don't answer their phone how can they put in that request. When the manager came over after I got upset Zain he said he would get it done but then called me an hour later saying Shoppers was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I then told him that he was full of poop. Because I was there providing shoppers with my information. He then hung up on me. Don't go there if you want to keep your health they might give you the wrong medication.
