Nesters Market

I cannot say all of the staff are the same as I am shopping grocery there regularly and I have almost never had a bad experience. But today I had a very bad experience with one of the staff (manager) in their Canada post section. I wanted to mail my documents with a courier post, I asked the person in charge if they have courier post and she said yes, Xpress Canada post is courier. As I was mailing very important documents and wanted to make sure, I asked her twice if she is sure that is a courier post and each time she replied yes. I had two separate addresses depending on whether I am sending the documents with regular post or courier. so I started writing down the courier address but my sister suddenly called and said she asked from another Canada post branch and they said Xpress Canada post is not courier and that I should use the regular address. Now here is my question: WHO IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE IF I HAD SENT MY DOCUMENTS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS??!! The interesting thing is when the manager came and I asked her to give me a new envelope for their mistake, she rudely replied it is your responsibility to know the address and even she insisted that they did their job properly and it is misunderstanding. She did not even apologize for their mistake!!!!

Great place to pick up items on the way home from work at SFU, but I rarely do major shopping here as the prices are significantly higher than other chains. Selection is generally good, staff is friendly and they get to know regular customers, great butcher/fish monger, good hours, and nice to have a post office. Pharmacy often not open and doesn't carry a decent selection of common drugs. Produce section is diverse, but not always of the best quality. Great contests -- won a BBQ here last year! They need to lower prices and find better sources for the produce. C'mon Jimmy, you can do better :-)

Best market I have been to. Selection is vast and store is clean and well organized

Good local grocery store. Some items are overpriced but you can also find good deals. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
