Bottle Deposit Refund Issue – Coquitlam LocationnnToday Feb 27 around 4:26 PM, I was refused a bottle deposit refund at the Coquitlam T&T location. The customer service staff scanned the bottles and said they were not sold by T&T, so the refund was rejected.nnI didn’t have the receipt with me, but I can 100% confirm that these Japanese beverages were purchased from T&T. I regularly buy these kind of seasonal products there, so this was frustrating and inconvenient.nnI understand staff are following policy, but there should be a clearer way to verify products sold in-store. A simple solution would be to label or sticker beverage bottles at checkout so customers don’t run into this issue later.nnOverall, I enjoy shopping at T&T, but I hope management can improve this process to avoid similar situations for customers in the future.

I went to T&T Supermarket Coquitlam Store and it was a cool place to shop for lots of different foods and snacks. The store has fresh fruits and veggies, yummy bakery treats, and even hot ready-to-eat food that you can enjoy right away. I liked walking through the big aisles and seeing so many kinds of noodles, sauces, candies and drinks from all over Asia. The store feels clean and bright, and the people working there were friendly and helped when I had questions. Sometimes it can be a bit busy, and parking is a little tricky on weekends, but I still had a good time shopping and found lots of tasty things to take home. I would go back again because it’s a fun place to explore new foods!

Great one-stop shop for Asian groceries. Wide aisles packed with everything from fresh, affordable produce to specialty sauces, snacks, and cookware, so it’s easy to stock up in a single trip. Prices stay reasonable and turnover is high, so the fruits and veggies look fresh. If you’re already at Coquitlam Centre, make time for a lap through this market—you’ll probably leave with more than you planned.

Ordered a fresh fruit cake for my son’s birthday. They were able to accommodate our sensitivity to melons by omitting them from the cake. They did a beautiful job decorating the cake, and it tasted amazing, and is not too sweet. They use REAL whip cream for the icing, and the sponge cake layers were moist and soft. I’ve tried this type of cake from other Asian bakeries over the years, and this one from T&T Coquitlam is one of the best I’ve tried. The customer service at the bakery counter was also excellent! Big bakery lots of fresh bread. Bought some orchids today too and the staff came out and helped me select 2 nice ones. Staff is really friendly and helpful ty!
