T&T Supermarket is truly a gem in downtown Toronto. It serves the community with a wide selection of high-quality Asian groceries, fresh produce, ready-to-eat meals, and specialty items that are hard to find elsewhere. Beyond just being a grocery store, it also acts as a “third place” for the downtown community—a vibrant, welcoming space where people gather, explore, and enjoy a taste of home or something new. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and the variety and quality never disappoint. Highly recommended!
T&T is a great store for anyone who enjoys exploring new and unique food items. It’s especially worth visiting if you’re adventurous with your cooking or enjoy trying different cuisines. They offer a wide variety of meats with diverse cuts and preparation styles that you don’t typically find in regular grocery stores. It's a fantastic place to discover ingredients for Asian and international recipes. The mangoes I picked up were incredibly tasty and full of flavor—definitely premium quality—but they were quite expensive, priced at around $8–$9 each. Overall, T&T is worth a visit if you’re open to trying new things and don’t mind spending a bit more for specialty items.
One of the best East Asian grocery stores in Toronto - maybe anywhere in Ontario. It’s a pretty large store and they pack it in with an impressive selection, they even have live seafood if that’s your thing. The hot bar and the bakery are particularly good. They make a lot of fresh items in-house and everything from the hot bar I’ve tried was tasty! We picked up some great items on our trip but nothing will ever compare to the delicious peach Swiss roll. One of the T&T signature bakery items. It’s perfect in all the ways and really quite cute. Check out their bakery for trendy and adorable desserts. One thing I do appreciate about T&T is the fast check out, you’re in and out pretty fast.
Nov2024 Asian themed supermarket that is arguably one of the largest and most varied within the greater Toronto area.nnMost products are on food and culinary choices. Small stalls for household and personal goods.nnA large selection of baked and ready cooked goods which is pretty popular as they have a small eating area at the ground floor area.
It was my first time visiting this place and I thought it was awesome minus the cramp, very narrow aisles. I really wished the aisles were wider, so that you can fit two shopping carts. Other than that, I love how fresh the produce looks and you get some pretty big size fruits on sale. They have a good selection in the bakery department and meat department. However, we purchased a small dessert cake to take home. For a mango cake, there weren’t a lot of mangoes in it. They also have hot food similar to Mariano’s in the States. It’s convenient if you’re in a hurry and want to grab a quick lunch or dinner. You pack whatever you want in a container. There is always a line for check out but you’re not waiting long. The workers are very efficient at getting customers in and out. There are tables downstairs if you want to eat your hot food there.
