Surrey Metro Taxi

I have been using this taxi company for almost a year now and usually it’s decent. However, today I waited half an hour for a taxi and when I called to ask what was up, they told me someone had been picked up from my location (but it obviously wasn’t me). The girl on the phone said she would dispatch another taxi immediately since there were other cabs in my area. Lo and behold, another half hour goes by - with me standing outside my house this time so that nobody steals my taxi - and still no cab. I tried calling three times and at this point nobody was answering. Finally the same lady that I spoke to before answers and this time she tells me she has no cabs in my area and they won’t be able to take me anywhere at the moment. Now I’m half an hour late to my appointment and am having to call a different company all together.

Attentive GM and Awesome Driver. Had an issue and it was resolved within 12 hours. Appreciate the professionalism and also the Driver re-attending and dealing with issue at hand. Thank you for the great customer service.

Disgusting excuse of a cab company, took advantage of my drunk female friends and beyond overcharged them. Then when complaining, tried to blackmail me to get the money back by writing them a good review here on google. Scumbags.

I've only had a couple instances where i had to take a taxi with them but the most recent time I had to take a taxi from this company, the taxi driver decided to use a detached seatbelt buckle to bypass the no seatbelt warning. FYI, if i get that driver, i wouldn't feel safe at all. Be careful if you take a taxi with this company.

Since the new dispatch system and smart phone applications were introduced, the most part of my calls and bookings were dispatched without delay. Most importantly the professional and courteous conduct drivers exhibit. Surrey Metro is my first choice, and will remain the first and only choice.
