great taxi service. I prefer them over newton and metro. They have such nice drivers and are very punctual.

Always have problems. They have their share of good drivers but they're few and far between. Tonight's Driver drove like a moron... I got motion sickness from him. There are better taxi services, go with those ones. Surprised this company is still running... Not to mention they literally never show up. Everyone is rude (I see those replies below me...). Just... Don't.

My cab experience is always great with surdell company , everytime I call they are always on time and very friendly. I use this company 3 times a week. 5 stars in my book .

Worst Service ever.. waited for 30 minutes for the can. Called again to know where the cab is they refused the service. Said they have ni cabs available. Lady was so rude. Asked me to take another company cab. Said she cannot provide the cab.
