Although the service disruption resulting from snow was certainly inconvenient, overall my experience with HàndyDart has been very positive. I have found their booking agents to be friendly and professional, and their drivers are overall very helpful. We are very lucky to have access to this great service at such a low cost!

Apparently when the weather is bad, they cancel all their appointments without informing their clients. What a terrible way to run their business when the elderly and handicapped rely on them.
