The cab driver, cab #17 on the date of this review, drove erratically the entire time, took the long way to my office from the airport (there's 3 main routes drivers usually take), made ME GPS the location to provide HIM directions when I provided the full street address, and then had the nerve to complain when I only tipped him $1 ("what percentage is $1") - which was generous for the service received. When I responded and reminded him tips are not mandatory, but based on service, he said he would rather receive no tip. If a Delta Surrey Green Cab is first in line at the airport next time, I'll wait for someone else to take it. I can't wait for Uber and Lyft to get past the outdated taxi restrictions in this area.

I pre-ordered a wheelchair taxi for a specific pick up time and it never arrived at the specified time. I phoned dispatch and they said it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, the taxi still didn't show and I phoned dispatch again. They said it would now be over an hour so I missed a really important appointment. I got pretty angry and I told the dispatcher to not lie to me in the future regarding arrival times. If I had known that there was, in fact, no taxi available, I could have made other arrangements.

Hit and miss. It definitely depends on how the driver is feeling, if they're in a good mood, they'll help you out with your luggage, or what have you. If they're in a bad mood, and depending on how far you're going, you might get out right refused for a short trip from the Ferries and told to "take the f***ing bus". Yes, I did call Green cab, and followed up with them with no resolution.

I was a little hesitant to take this company to get me to ferry after reading the reviews but my trip was excellent. Got to me quite quickly, very polite and courteous, cab was clean, no issues with the trip or price at all despite it being a short ride since I missed my bus.
