Called a cab after 10 minutes call back to check on it. The guy says 5 more minutes then I call back when it gets close to 20 min to find out it came and me grabbed someone else. I was standing outside the store waiting they did not even come to where I called. Nor did they double check that they were picking up the right person even though they asked for my name and phone number when I first called. No apologies happened they were just gonna send another one and have me wait another 20 min. A apology would've been nice.

The cab driver was extremely rude and impatient when he arrived for his fare on Tuesday. I emailed a complaint that same day to let them know how I was treated. There has been no response from the cab company since. I called today to follow up with a manager and the manager was equally as rude and wouldn't give me a chance to talk as he had a "conference call" he had to go to and he hung up on me. This company is not worth you spending your hard earned cash on. If their version of customer service is at the management level, it's clear they really don't care about their clients.

I waited 3 hrs for a cab last night! I called at 11:30 pm and the cab did not arrive until 2:30am I called many times during that period to see if they were actually sending a car or not they would put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hang up on me. When on hold i called from different numbers and they answered right away. When i asked the driver if they were having a busy night he said "no" i chatted him up a bit and realized that he had no clue we had been waiting for 3 hrs and he said he had been sitting around in a parking lot with a few other drivers when the call out came in for us.

Plan a different safe ride home. The drivers are a bunch of THIEVES! Left my small Michael Kors purse in a cab last night on my way home from a night out. Called and texted the driver back with no responses. Called the head office who were of no help at all and quite vague and rude on the phone. Gave them the drivers number that he called me from when he was picking me up and all the info of where I was dropped off and picked up etc. Told me there was nothing they could do and the next person probably took it from the cab. BS! Your driver took it! This is the second time I’ve had this same issue with this company. The first time my sister left her phone and we immediately called the head office as we were tracking the phone on GPS and again same response. “The next person probably took the phone”. We literally called immediately after the driver left so it was impossible! This company is a total JOKE. Bring on Uber.

Phone operators are rude and impatient. Cab drivers are nice, but the cab delay is often extremely long.
