Newton Whalley Taxi

Just saw one of this company's cab drivers throw his empty coffee cup into some bushes at a gas station. Real classy NW-94 way to care about the environment. Will never use this cab company.

I had a good experience with this cab. The cab driver was very good, he guided me well as I was new in the city. It was cab Number 70. He made very valuable conversations during the ride. I haven't been bored. One thing for I haven't given 5 Stars is there was no meter shown to me that these are my charges, like I was not able to know that at all that in which you have charged me. Kindly make this transparent so that one may not think that he or she is fleeced.

I had an extremely good experience with the Newton Whalley taxi service. A months ago my wife and I were picked up at our Hotel in Vancouver B.C. We were taken to a nearby Cruise Line port. My wife forgot her computer bag in the taxi. All of my wife's prescription drugs, phone, and two tablets were in her bag. We left for a 25 day cruise. A terrific employee named April found my phone number in my wife's phone, and contacted me. We were in Alaska but stopping in Victoria B.C. in 7 days. April packaged up my wife's bag and sent it UPS to our Cruise Port Terminal in Victoria B.C. where we picked it up to have for the rest of our cruise. We are so grateful that there are people and companies this caring. Thank you!

Had terrible service, first off the driver had no GPS and was late getting to the Menchies (15 minutes.) at Guilford. Second he didn't say anything in the cab ride just went out to squeegee his windows and third when I was counting my change for the cab ride for fare he was rushing me and i blame the stores that give me way too much change so he was upset because he has other people to pick up but who's fault is it for being late in the first place? If you have other clients don't be late because it's not the customer problem. I avoid this company and use Kuber.

I wish I could post this without being forced to leave them one star(after what happened they don’t deserve it). My message for the manager: Hello, My name is Vanessa Sharma. And today on 02/22/2018 I had requested a cab. I had called around 15:00-15:30 to pre-book a cab as I had to take my dog with me to Animal Hospital, however I was declined due to the ride being a local one. The operator I was talking to advised me to call 10-15 mins before my actual leaving time. As I was advised to do so, I called to book a cab around 16:40-16:45 for my dogs appointment at 17:00. I was told cab will be there in 10-15 mins. I waited until 17: 10 and made a call again. I was advised that it might take some more time as they are having a shift change. I called around 17:20 again and the first operator heard me and disconnected the phone. I called again, the second operator did the same. But I called again and requested to talk to a supervisor or a manager. They did transfer me to a managers VM. I also advised the operator that if she would have told me the truth that it would take atleast half an hour I would have arranged some other conveyance. I called back at 18:18 to leave a VM to manager stating I did not receive any calls from Newton Whalley taxi that I will be receiving a taxi or not. I would appreciate if you could look into the same. As I had an appointment at 17:00 for removal of stitches for my dog- a pug. Thankfully, it was just a removal of stitches and not something serious. But what if it was serious- dogs don’t even have an emergency van to take them(some people just rely on taxi for their conveyance and thats what taxi’s are for). For all of you it might just be a dog but for me its my one and only child. All of your team has hurt me and my sentiments, thats why I have taken out the time to approach you via calls and now via email.
