Guy drives away after two minutes. I'm standing outside as he leaves. Call back they say call someone else. Awesome

I called a taxi on a weekday morning and was quoted 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes I received a call asking if I still needed a taxi, to which I responded with yes. He told me they were very busy and it would be another 10 minutes. After another 35 minutes went by with no ride, I made other arrangements. When I left my house it had been over an hour and there was still no taxi, when I was initially quoted 10-15 minutes. Please quote customers the correct arrival times so they can choose other options if waiting an hour will make them late for work.

We called this company to book a cab to take my grandparents to and from our house on Christmas day, as my Grandad is in a wheelchair and needs an accessible van to get around. We booked ahead to drop them off, and to come and pick them up at 9pm. At 9pm the cab shows up and it's a regular car. My aunt (who booked the cab) and Nana went to explain to the driver that there had been a mistake, and he told them that THEY had wasted his time and was now going to lose the fare and that the driver of the accessible van had gone home for the evening, and then left. We then tried to call the cab company to rectify the situation and let them know what happened, and were put on hold, so we had to figure out our own way to get my grandad home on Christmas night. Please don't use this company, they have no compassion for people with disabilities, are unreliable, and rude.

Save yourself the money and take a bus. I was told 20 minutes tops and waited almost 40 minutes. These guys are terrible and they dont care about there customers. I got a call after waiting almost 30 minutes if I wanted the cab still like hello dah why would I have called you. Useless cab service. Never using them again. EVER!
