Super Deal Furniture Gallery

We have been shopping here for our home furniture needs for the last 16 years. Their furniture last for many years. We have bought real wood dining chairs, tables, beds, etc. Many times, we went to buy the item from some well known and big furniture store but ended buying from Super-deal furniture due to their lower/competitive price and better quality. The sales and management team at super deal also helped us to get couple of sofa made according to our room size and requirements that is almost impossible at any other furniture store or gallery. Some of our friends has also bought furniture from Super-Deal and they have also acknowledged the excellent customer service provided by Paul and his team.

Super Deal Furniture just delivered a sectional sofa to our son's new home. The delivery was handled professionally and without any incident or damage. The delivery was done very professionally. We are proud to say that our home has been furnished by Paul and Super Deal Furniture with excellent quality furniture over the years from living room/dining room furniture to kitchen chairs and tables. Yesterday we walked into this store for the first time. We met with Paul the owner and he told us he can make anything in the store in leather or fabric or fake leather and he could make it in any colour. We pointed out a sofa set we liked however he couldn’t make it as it was an import, then another and another and same situation. Finally we found a set that he could make in the factory he told us he owned but he didn’t have the colour ( cream) . He gave us seven swatches and none of the colours were quite right as most were really dark. We asked if we could borrow the three swatches and he said no. We then offered a deposit to take the swatch home to see if it matched the carpet ( we were about to spend between 3 and five thousand dollars so it was an important factor.) He finally agreed but he needed to write up an order first yet we didn’t agree to buy until we confirmed a colour match. He started writing up “ the order” on a business card then asked for $800 non refundable deposit!!! After wasting almost two hours listening to unwanted lectures on leather and furnishings he then told us to pay the 800 dollars to borrow the swatches or leave his store cause his mother in law was waiting for him. We were flabbergasted. We have a been buying leather and other furniture for 25 years and we’ve never been told to leave a store if we didn’t buy within two hours. As a business owner with many sales staff I can’t imagine walking away from a sale and throwing out the prospective customers. Today we bought a much nicer sofa set in the right colour , a new bedroom and a love seat for the spare room for under $10000 at Concord Furniture. Not only did he lose a $10000 sale and future business but word of mouth travels fast Paul. Treat people nice and good things will come to you and be honest. The sofa set that he allegedly makes in his factory was also at Concord Furniture and Paul doesn’t own the factory!

Super Deal Furniture truly deserves a 5 star rating, excellent Costumer service, accommodated to all our needs, never pushed us to quickly make a decision and purchase an item, Jessie actually encouraged us to take our time so we could make the right decision and get a sofa we were happy with. As far as the sofa, it's great. Hands down the best sofa I have ever purchased

It has been a completely delightful shopping experience . Paul did a Fantastic Superdeals. Amazing Deals on Canadaian made 100 percent Solid wood bed room set. Very happy from Their Service's. THEY DESERVE ALL 5 STARS
