MAP Office Furniture

Negative experience with MAP Office Furniture. Spent $12K on furniture and was not delivered what was ordered. Go to YouTube and search "MAP Office Furniture" and you'll find a video outlining my experience. Specifically, although we order 12 of the same model standing desks, some were different models, 6' instead of 5', and and varying colours. MAP said it would be resolved in a few weeks. 6 months later and still waiting. I don't think MAP realizes that this impacts our business. For example, 6' tables instead of 5' impacts the layout, and when promised this issue would be resolved in weeks but its been months, impacts our ability to fully get settled in.

Great experience here! I was happy to find a shop selling second hand office furniture - I've been hoping to upgrade my home set up, but was nervous about the costs. They had a ton of selection, and the salespeople were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to take home a high end office chair for half the retail price! Everything is well cleaned and cared for, so the fact that it's second hand is negligible. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I bought an ergonomic office chair for home at the beginning of he pandemic, and went back again for more as things lockdown moved more and more of us to work from home. This summer, Rick helped us outfit a new branch location with some "used" furniture that is in such great condition the team thinks it is actually new. We saved significantly over purchasing new. Thanks Rick...I'll be back in November when our next branch opens and I need furniture.

I had a wonderful experience here - I really can't say enough about how helpful the sales associate was. I had been shopping for a chair because I have been having back problems. I went to another store in North York and had a terrible experience so I went online to search for other options and saw that MAP had a few of the types of chairs I was hoping for. At the store, Steve showed me several options for chairs and described their features and prices. He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a Teknion Contessa chair for less than half the price of a new one and I am so happy with my purchase! I will be definitely be returning here for any future office furniture needs. I needed some office furniture for my business and couldn't find the right pieces to work in the areas that we required. We contacted Map Office Furniture and we were amazed by the level of support by Monty and his team. He made arrangements to come out to our facility and suggested the office furniture that would work best for our setup. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to furnish there office!

We purchased 2 used workstations from our very helpful salesman Rick. Not only were they delivered and installed in fantastic condition and extremely quickly, but Rick was available every step of the way to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. Monty continues to impress after all his years in the business. I needed an office chair for my assistant. I called ahead Thursday and when I arrived Friday morning, I was promptly greeted by the ever-affable Monty who had the chair I was interested in ready to go. Rick quickly prepared the bill and loaded the chair into my vehicle. Never any attempts to upsell. I would add that the knowledge of these two men is impressive indeed. I always leave Map Office Furniture feeling good.

One of the best place for used but very good condition office furniture. I bought two Herman Miller chairs from here at a very reasonable price. Given good ergonomic chairs are to the north of $1000, I would highly recommend this place for reasonably priced used ergonomic chairs.
