Staff are not very helpful...i would prefer just to shop online. I was hoping for more deals at the actual store to make the trip worthwhile.

BEST customer service I ha e ever received. Dani was very helpful through every step of the way and pretty much helped me design my home! I had 1 product come defective and she managed to get it exchanged for me within a couple days!

Structube provides great quality at an affordable price - my husband and I have purchased several pieces from there over the years and the products are holding up nicely! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. The only drawback is their third party shipping company which gave us a bit of a hard time due to missing a scheduled delivery out of our control (costing us another $100 to reschedule!) they may want to choose a more flexible company to work with.

A couple weeks ago I was in with my mother looking for a coffee table. A white man with black hair was probably the rudest man I have ever encountered. I’m not sure how his relationship is with his employees but the ridiculous racist comments he was making and laughing at was very unacceptable. Eventually he came up to her and I to ask if we needed any assistance and attempted to help us look for coffee tables then just brushed us off and told us to go to the Brampton store where they have more options. Shortly after that a female employee came up to us with red hair and assisted us much better in terms of dimensions, weight of the product, and also gave us an option for delivery if we would like. If it wasn’t for her help I would be giving a lower rating.

Horrible customer service. One rep was literally standing in front of us practically holding her breath and pretending she wasn't there even though she was two feet away from us. When we went up to the register to inquire about a product they had on the show floor, we were told that the product was out of stock until January. We checked ourselves and the website said out of stock until December. No solutions were offered, the cashier just went on and on saying "this product is so popular no one wants to sell the one they have because it's so popular". Maybe there should be some kind of dress code so that the employees at a furniture store don't look like they're working the street corner.
