I'm a first-time customer who is very impressed.   With knowledgeable assistance we found a fabric that coordinates beautifully with an existing chair in my home, and we were able to organize a three-seater sofa and chair at a very competitive price.

Everything has arrived right on schedule and looks terrific.  The pieces are even nicer than I expected.

We bought sofa bed with choice of texture . The quality of wood, cushions and fabric is top of the notch and price is very reasonable. I loved this place for its amazing variety of living and bedroom furniture and very durable. Do not miss to see both the outlets net to each other.  Both the owners are very welcoming and soft spoken . Strongly recommended

Just one word comes in my mind "fantastic" customer service when I think about ARV Furniture! We purchased complete Master Bed Room set from ARV Furniture. Not only they have deliver great product but also helped us after delivery!
In our case , We felt our head board is little bit short once it was delivered to our house. We have contacted ARV furniture's owner. He listened  and understood all our concerned. Not only he replaced head board to one we wanted second time but also changed a mattress to match new head board height!
I have not seen this type of over and above customer service from any furniture store in GTA. Owner is so helpful , understands customer's attachment to his house and guides them to best purchase. 
We are 100% satisfied from ARV Furniture and definitely recommend to all.

A lot of choices and a great customer service! We got the best deal ever at ARV Furntiture. People working in here are really attentive and knows how to satisfy the customer. We strongly recommend ARV to anybody.

Awesome customer service, I purchased a beautiful dining set great quality however the color of the chairs were off. The manager of the store did everything he could to get me my desired colors even offered a different style chairs or return for a full refund.  I kept it because it is beautiful the manager is an honest and honorable man and I definitely would  recommend to anyone looking for furniture. Thanks ARV!
