Do not shop here. Had the worst experience I've ever had in customer service/retail environment. My family chose this place because of the reviews about how great the service was, but unfortunately this was not the case. We went in to buy a breakfast table, after an hour of friendly service we chose one we liked, paid 600+ not including delivery that we also paid for. We then get a call saying they actually did not have our selection in the colour we ordered, which was upsetting but my brother and I went in to hopefully pick something else in exchange. We could not find anything at all we liked, and we finally got a refund. My parents went in another day to try again, and found something they liked. THEN it was delivered to us with a crack in the glass. Being extremely frustrated at this point my parents contact them for brothers furniture to tell them they need to bring it back themselves. We paid 70+$ for delivery because my dad has a heart condition and cannot lift heavy objects, yet they expect us to bring back a damaged item that was delivered to us on their watch. My parents made the mistake of giving these guys another chance, and what do they do? My parents picked out a piece they liked and paid 1300$ before tax and delivery for it. They we're told the wrong dimensions by the employee and now it does not fit in our dining area. So its sitting in its box and again, we are stuck trying to fix their mistakes. Its not about making mistakes, mistakes happen. But as a business they should own up to their mistakes and take the time to fix them for their customers. I feel like my parents we're taken advantage of and the employee did what she could to get them out of their hair and get her commission. My parents were paying customers that were willing to spend their hard earned money at this shop, and gave them several chances. On the off chance that this is read by the store owner, we will not be recommending your store to anyone. I had a family member who just moved from an apartment to a house and was looking for a store to buy all their furniture from, we were about to recommend your store based on our first experience, but now we have warned them to look somewhere else. I am disgusted by the carelessness of your service, and as someone who also works retail I know there is no excuse for the way you dealt with it. Also, i want to mention that the store only responds to positive reviews. I highly doubt they will acknowledge my negative review on top of all the other unhappy customers, which also speaks volumes on how they handle their business.

Recently, I bought 2 queen bed sets, 2 mattresses and a dining table from Brothers furniture. They have a large collection of best quality furniture to choose from. My experience with them is wonderful and they are utterly professional in the business. Most importantly they know their business very well, they helped me in customizing the bed set for my son's room. Moreover, they gave me best deal and delivered the furniture on time as well. For my any type of furniture requirement in future, definitely Brothers furniture will be my first choice.

Excellent furniture's with lots of design, size, and color. The Prices are very reasonable. Very good deal from these guys and I can say that because I have shopped around enough before buying so, I could compare the prices. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. One of the employees, helped me a lot, Her name was Manreet. I was looking for a sofa's, and she helps me find the perfect one. I would recommend you buy your furniture from here.

Out of all the furniture Stores I have made purchases in my life time this Brother Furniture Gallery has been the best experience. They have a very wide range of collection, very competitive prices, and above all very honest and helpful staff. I would recommend this store to all my friends and whenever I need to buy furniture I would always go back to them. Keep up the good work....

I wish they can streamline the order management process and provide firm delivery schedules, made an order for custom designed furniture initially they committed to deliver sofa within 2-4 weeks which was delivered after 8 weeks, quality is very close to our expectations. The only thing that I didn't like is the customer service, lots of false promises and the thing I hate the most which happened number of times they committed to call me back and never did.

A very versatile collection of furniture. Modern as well as ethnic. Their high end branded furniture is rare to find in the GTA. I bought a bedroom set at a very good deal over the weekend and their customer service is highly commendable. They were very attentive of my needs and suggested me ,what I find is the BEST mattress for my lower back in the last 10 yrs. on time delivery and installation of the whole furniture set made it very easy for me and the boys were kind enough to even take back my old mattresses as garbage to discard on my request.Seriously!! Who does that??? I'm soooo impressed with their services, knowledge and furniture quality. I'm very glad to have found this store. definitely going back there for more kids stuff and also highly recommend them.

I was shopping around for some furniture in the town and I happened to visit Brothers Furniture in Mississauga. I must say I got very good deal from these guys and I can say that because I have shop around enough before buying so I could compare the prices. The customer service was really good and delivery also was on time. These owners and employees are all AMAZING!!! They have very good collection in Bedroom set, Dining tables, Sofa etc. I would really recommend to visit Brothers for your any Furniture need.

Awesome furniture's design, with reasonable Prices. The staff is very professional, friendly and kind. I happen to talk Nav and Varun both of them are very helpful and Co-operative. they will point you to the product that actually fits in to your needs. I bought a Bed, a sofa and dining table. they gave me a good deal compare to other places in the market. Surly I would recommend you buy your furniture from here
