Extremely happy with my purchase. So in love with my bed and the staff were very professional and helpful. Ask for Amy when you go there. She was a delight to work with. Always took my calls and got my bed to me before Christmas just as she promised. Definitely would buy again from this store.
Another fantastic experience. We went to buy a sofa today. Annette helped us go through the options, tried to stay within our comfort as well as our price range, and was very patient. We finally got a couch and table, which he made sure worked perfectly before selling it to us, she treated us much more than just customers. He understood our requirements exactly and tried his best to fulfill them. He moved us to a sofa and coffee table, made us laugh a lot, and even packed up the warehouse for us to put the furniture in the back of the truck. Absolutely fantastic service, I highly recommend Furniture Depot to anyone looking for furniture.
I had a unique and amazing experience with the people at Furniture Depot in Brampton. Even though the shop had been operating for decades, I had never stepped inside. I went shopping with my daughter. He found high-quality chairs made in Canada at competitive prices, delivered in just four days. The seller was accommodating but not intrusive, and the young man doing the delivery was top-notch. I will shop there again and recommend it to everyone I know.
Furniture Depot is a great place for furniture, and they have a wide variety of products under one roof. The best part is working with their distributor Annette. He is a very kind and humble person and patiently spent time with us to select and find the best furniture for us. He went to great lengths to organize products that were not available at that location but were available elsewhere. I wish him every success. Overall a great shopping experience here and great deals on furniture continue.
Want to share a truly memorable experience I had at this Furniture Depot location. Special thanks to Cathy, who was outstanding. Walked in for some furniture. She showed me all the options and selections. She was very patient with my questions. Took the time to guide me through the entire process from selecting the items to payment options. Such dedication and commitment are extremely rare to find in any business. In addition to that, she is a very pleasant lady and an excellent conversationalist. Strongly recommends meeting her and letting her take care of you.
We have a pleasant experience ordering Furniture Depot products. The delivery schedule is reliable and on time. Even though there was a little defect in one of the merchandises,they post sales service is excellent. We spoke to their. They rendered very professional service and effectively resolved our issue. We highly recommend their products and service.
The great place needed a table for ourselves before the holidays, and so we went to Furniture Depot. Their sales staff are very helpful. Shows me good quality tables easily. Which resulted in a better table than I expected at a lower price. Thanks to them. I will contact you if I need furniture again. to work. Always busy, but working with the customers to resolve their issues was very rewarding. Management was great to work with. Highly recommended.

We just went to the Brampton location to purchase a new couch set. They had what we wanted and were able to deliver them within 2 days! We were helped by Annette, the sales associate, and she was great. Very friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I would recommend visiting this location and asking for Annette!
