Me and my husband recently made a purchase at Ritz and we bought a king bed set. We had a budget in mind and went up straight with the same to the salesperson. Karan and Monika helped us during the visit. Got the bed delivered the very next day. The guys who came to deliver were really humble and set up the bed without any hustle. The prices at the store are competitive and quality is great. Must visit the store for all your furniture needs..

I highly recommend Ritz Furniture Planet. Prince is an excellent sales person. He helped me with my order on April 23. He told 6 to 8 wks for our furniture delivery. We received our new dinette set & Chaises Lounge on June 30th. Furniture is gorgeous & excellent quality. We had to assemble dinette set & the instructions were clear & easy to follow. The delivery guys were very nice & did excellent job. The saving were excellent & worth the drive from Brantford to Mississauga.

Poor quality products and no warranty! Felt like cheated ! Need to open a case in consumer forum now. It’s been just few months and bunk bed center wood completely shreds up ! The upper part is shaking a lot and feels complete insecure for kids! Even no finishing of wood slats and drawers size etc This is $500 product in just 8 months became piece of junk They do not even considering manufactured defect warranty even though I was told at the time of purchase ! Oder# 03632 NEW REVIEW- June 21 ‘22 After lots of back & forth they gave me replacement part. As you see in new pics I added , replacement part is also not as per specification It’s longer in size and joints made with different clamp. All the hard work I did removing slats and driving to get replacement part for 2 hours gone in vain !

I had a good experience with Ritz furniture specially working with Charanjit. He was very straightforward and upfront. No false promises at all and real quick in service. I went to the store twice but rest of the things I could call him about my order and he was quick to respond. The recliner we bought had a minor issue which was quickly fixed the very next day. Good customer service. Highly recommended.

Poor quality items and unreliable service. We bought a dining table and some other items. First of all, when we bought the furniture and paid for the delivery, we specified the date we needed the furniture delivered for specific reasons, and they said they would ensure that date was followed. They called me before the date we requested and said they were on their way to deliver, but there was no one home. They said they would cancel my delivery but were not sure it would be delivered on the date I had originally requested and paid for since they had already planned for a day other than the one we clearly communicated when we paid for the service. On the day of the actual delivery, the drivers never called to let us know when they were coming, like the seller told us it would happen. We called the office, and they did not specify time either, so we spent all day home waiting for them, and they arrived at night way past the "time limit" they told us. Additionally, when the furniture came, the glass on the dining table and one of the chairs came damaged. We called, and they said to send an email with photos of the damage, and they would get back to us. We waited for 10 days, and nobody got back to us or answered about it on the phone. We went to the store in person, and they said they would deliver the replacements that day, between 3-7 p.m. I called trying to figure out what time they would come as we had things to do, but they only said the drivers would call when on their way. We never received their call. It's way past that time, and they did not deliver it. I should have paid more attention to the bad reviews they have received and bought furniture somewhere else. Whoever is on the phone tries to be polite, but their service is very bad and unreliable, and the quality of their products is not good either. I would caution you to consider other places before buying their furniture so you don’t waste your money and time.

Hi I recently purchased Modern sofa set from Ritz furniture. I got the delivery next day , I m very happy with the owner Rohit help as I need it asap and he fulfill his commitment. And the sofa set look amazing .I definitely recommend Ritz furniture to all my friends and family.

One of the finest local furniture stores I have been too. As soon as we entered there was this friendly guy waiting to help us. The store was busy, but they had many sales people. He walked us through for what we wanted to buy and kept giving suggestions on what we should and what we shouldn't as mattress is such a thing that you have to be comfortable and you have to have a good night's sleep. Absolutely no pressure tactics or condescending remarks like I know many salesmen in stores do. We had changed our mind about 1 mattress and were going somewhere else, but because of the salesmans no pressure and friendly help we just bought everything we needed from that store itself. Big shout out to Prince who helped us. Surely recommend this place for all types of furniture, beds and mattresses, great choices and well priced. And most of all respectful service.

I had very mix experience at Ritz Furniture. I got steel frame of single bed and storage queen bed in very good price. Delivery persons were very good too. I'm giving 3 stars because they dint deliver queen bed on time as promised. They delivered 3 days late and dint bother to inform this. I called multiple times then only they told that it's still in making and will deliver in few days. They must clear the things and complete their promises.

Edited: A year later, my bed has started making noises despite tightening bolts. Biggest annoyance with that is that it wakes my baby up in the adjacent room. Couch's seats have sagged in even though we're only using the couch 3-4 hours a day as we're a working couple. Old review: I had a very positive experience at Ritz. Prince, sales associate at Ritz, helped me pick the right furniture. He is friendly, patient and was attentive to my requirements. When I showed him my furniture preference from pictures obtained on Pinterest, he would show me an even better affordable option at his show room. Recommended Ritz to family and friends.
