If they don't want to throw their money away, I recommend they go somewhere else. It's completely unpleasant.

Store is very clean and so many new products have been coming in as of lately also a very huge parking lot!!! If anyone sees reviews with 2 stars or less they are usually lying and don’t know what they are actually talking about. People complain about the can machine being closed but truth be told the store planned on getting rid of the machines for over a year now following other stores that have already removed their can machines and plus they just enforced it on the 29th of March that they no longer take beer bottles or cans and plastic bottles as the company pursues a much more cleaner store environment for not only for it’s employees but for their clientele as well. If people really need to cash in their bottles they now have to go to the proper facility for that which is located at 6705 Saint Jacques street.

“Manager” working Thursday June 18th around 6pm is incredibly unprofessional and needs to be trained in how to handle customers. She informed me of a policy I was unaware of, I pick up money from western union frequently and have never been asked to call in advance to do so. When I questioned when this came into place and mentioned that I will have to just go elsewhere next time as calling in advance is not always a possibility for me , she shutdown and refused to serve me. Would not give me her name and just kept telling me to get out. When I asked if there was a manager I could speak to she literally laughed in my face sad “it’s me ! Now get out” I was flabbergasted! Thank you to the young lady who was able to help me instead, she was kind, understanding and professional. They should swap roles. The “manager” is not intellectually or emotionally equipped to be in a manager role.

Comparing to the other stores of Super C, I found this one to be more organized, spacious with more variety of groceries. For economical shopper, it is a great place. Staffs are quite young and helpful but not very patient. The stores lacks a bakery department.

Nobody is ever there to help and nobody is ever at the cash register… there’s at max like 3 employees working at the same time. Most things that are on sale clears really fast and doesn’t restock. They purposely close the can recycling machine even if there’s 4 and they all work. They also close the store almost 15 minutes before the actual closing time. The only good thing is the big parking.
