Super C

Store is very clean and so many new products have been coming in as of lately also a very huge parking lot!!! If anyone sees reviews with 2 stars or less they are usually lying and don’t know what they are actually talking about. People complain about the can machine being closed but truth be told the store planned on getting rid of the machines for over a year now following other stores that have already removed their can machines and plus they just enforced it on the 29th of March that they no longer take beer bottles or cans and plastic bottles as the company pursues a much more cleaner store environment for not only for it’s employees but for their clientele as well. If people really need to cash in their bottles they now have to go to the proper facility for that which is located at 6705 Saint Jacques street.

I went to this super c yesterday after 7pm. I bought a cooked rotisserie chicken I came home cooked it a little more just to get it a little more brown. I ate the chicken with my boyfriend and we got food poisoning. We were up all night until 4am we both couldn’t go to work. Worst experience of my life. I called and spoke to the manager he implied I got food poisoning from something else that I ate, he said I’m the only person that called he wouldn’t tell me if anyone else called he said he doesn’t know what to say he didn’t once ask me if I’m okay nor offer to refund me. He literally didn’t care. We could’ve ended up in the hospital or possibly dead. God is good . Please replace this manager he’s horrible and unprofessional. Don’t buy any cooked rotisserie chickens at this place. This could’ve happened to kids or the elderly. Please be careful guys.

Everytime I've gone to this Super C, I've noticed alot of stock missing. A few times i ended up just walking out.nThe staff were pleasant and helpful.

Comparing to the other stores of Super C, I found this one to be more organized, spacious with more variety of groceries. For economical shopper, it is a great place. Staffs are quite young and helpful but not very patient. The stores lacks a bakery department.

Very disappointed with this employer. They don’t even know their own pricing policies. I saw an article clearly marked with a price, but when I tried to buy it, they said the price was “wrong” and refused to honor it. That’s completely unprofessional — if you display a price, you should respect it. It’s not the customer’s fault they can’t manage their own pricing system. Won’t be coming back!
