This is one of the cleanest Metro stores in Montreal, and I truly appreciate the helpful and attentive staff—they always provide excellent customer service.nnHowever, I’ve encountered recurring issues with the milk section. On several occasions, I’ve had to return milk bags due to spoilage or leakage. There is often an unpleasant odor in that area, and I’ve also noticed spoiled milk beneath the shelves.nnI hope this feedback can help improve the condition of the dairy section, as the rest of the store offers a very positive shopping experience.

The shop itself is fine, just the parking is small and a bit tight and few spots to park.

Empty shelves whenever an item is on sale rarely. One star rating reflects how much stuff I bought here in the last few months, which is none.

Just bought a pita bread from your metro store, the pita bread is from Adonis and it’s full of green spot on it as shown in the picture, I complained to the manager and he was agitated when I showed him the pita, he refused to exchange it or reimburse me. I won’t go to this store again

Appalling customer service. Multiple refusals over the years to abide by consumer protection laws regarding price accuracy and to honor raincheck policies. Too many unprofessional disrespectful employees who are poorly trained and it stems from the top.
