IGA Supermarché Toppetta

Priced like it’s a high end store. Products like it’s low end. Expired products. Sad produce. Mouldy bread. Ruptures de stock. I go to super c for staples and get my veggies from Lufa. That combo is WAY better and actually cheaper than going to the IGA.

I'm sorry but I will never attempt to shop here again. The selection of vegetables is just horrible and when I went to select some parsley - there were small rocks/sand in the bags... must be from poor packaging... The kale looked old and dry... I could go on... I also don't know what they are doing by offering all these vegetables wrapped in bags - all they are doing are harvesting nice warms environments for bacteria to grow. This is not a top quality grocery store AT ALL.

The store is clean and some of the staff are friendly, but some really act like they want to kill you when you ask for assistance. I asked a female worker for assistance because I didn't understand one of the listed specials and she gave me the dirtiest look. She said she'd help me in a minute, so I patiently waited. After a few minutes, she tried to walk away hoping I'd just leave. I said "EXCUSE ME?" She then, very reluctantly, came to help.

Terrible produce, and poor selection. Way overpriced. Amazing that despite the large number of staff on the floor that shelves are often half empty and in a mess.We use it as a last resort although it is very close by.

I was looking for tamari sauce, because I had been unable to find it at 2 leading competitors and didn't go to an Asian market. Now I will try to make a seitan roast using all the required ingredients!
