The point culture kind of ruins the experience. I got 1 thousand free points cause one of the clerks didn’t ask me for my points card even though it was in my hand and then the customer service person said thank you bye in a demeaning tone which complimented the whole experience. I find the stores without points seem to be faster, more fun and often cheaper. When there is a mistake on pricing, it is the same thing, you have to argue, part of it might be language barrier, then they give it to you, but the process is demeaning. I think the language barrier in this store makes a simple process a lot more chaotic and time consuming. They were laughing about something and I had to tell them to honour 50 percent off. The person handed out a sample of buns kept asking me super personal questions.

Worst customer service in Montreal. Constantly overcharge you. However, they will give you the item for free if it’s 10 dollars or less according to Price accuracy policy. About two months ago, this happened to me again, but that staff just told me that the law has been changed to just give back the price difference. Well, that was ok with me. I haven’t found that the Price accuracy policy is still in effect until today. The staff, she just lied to my face without blinking, which makes me feel even more humiliated now. Will never buy anything from this lousy store.

Good customer service at cashiers. Food selection of food items eventhough it is priced as high end products which it really isn't so. Not a very good selection for beef and chicken which are also over priced not matching the actual quality. The produce section is very good except it shouldn't be priced as high end produce when it's not. Bakery, deli and fish counter has over priced stale and fresh baked items as well as an apparently non serviced counter for assisting customers who need help at these sections. Please also stop locking the west entrance and exit doors at night instead of making us use the doors facing east at the parking lot! Store appears occasionally unkempt at the west entrance.

The fruits and vegetables here are pretty bad. Often times you can see the fruits going bad right on the shelf. Besides the lack of quality healthy foods the other boxed products are of great value. I personally would only recommend coming here for products that aren’t sold ‘fresh’.

Variety is OK but could be better... Fruits and veggies are not always fresh. Sold meat that was already expired more than once (brown and slimy). Be cautious when you get meat there.
