Super 8 Highland NY

Got a smoking room, never got use of the smell, guess I could have requested a room change but was there for one night and toughed through it... Even if you are a smoker, I recommend just going outside and get a fresher smelling room! Customer service was good though!

Super friendly staff; decent, clean rooms; and they sell wine and beer at front desk -- bonus! Get a room facing away from road and it's quiet. One drawback: there's nowhere to eat within quick walking distance, not even a convenience store.

Great location with easy accessibility. Outstanding staff greeted us upon arrival and assisted us with our baggage, despite arriving at nearly midnight. Great value, accommodations and reception. Parking area was well-lit and very secure. Parking area was well-lit and secure.

The gentleman working at the desk was very kind and helpful, room was very good for the price paid, but the carpet did feel a little grimey and there was fur on the couch (but it is a dog friendly hotel, so I guess it should have been expected). Those were the only problems.

About standard as far as hotels go. Enjoyed my stay.
