Village Square Motel

My husband and I received the worst service and we're horrified by the condition of the rooms. We were sent to room 115 first which was unmade and in complete shambles. We asked for an owner after being accused of smoking in the room and denied a second night after traveling here for a chemo treatment and was denied that. The housekeeper then said that she was the owner. Many pictures were taken of the room and the room we were first sent to and I will be posting all of them as well as calling the better business bureau to report this. No screens in the Windows, the floors were not vacuumed and much more. If I were not so sick I would have run but to be sent away feeling the way I do is a shame and they should be ashamed of themselves. A much needed building inspector is in need of a visit here. If cameras were checked they would see my husband went out side to smoke. The decorations outside of beer cans and joints in the ashtray are a great view as well. Slander of my character. Stay clear of this place and my husband is speaking to several guests now and getting their names and responses as of now to complete this report.

I have not stayed in this motel, but went to them in an emergency when my vehicle broke down nearby. They kindly allowed me to pull my infirm van on to their car park and to stay in it overnight - and were happy for me to use their wi-fi connection. All at no charge. The proprietors of the Village Sq are good people!! Thank you Monserrat!
