Our stay at the journey inn bed and breakfast was outstanding. A room was immaculately clean and our Hostess Valerie was incredibly accommodating even when we made mistake about checking breakfast in the morning was delicious and the setting was very very comfortable. It is located directly across from the Vanderbilt Mansions so extremely convenient to tourist activities in the area would definitely recommend this place again.

Valerie and Eric are owners and hosts of this very comfortable and friendly B+B. Breakfast was wonderful, and our room was perfect. Centrally located to all those mansions surrounding Hyde Park.

Hostess pleasant, kmowlegeable about her region and the many historic sites. The rich history of the area, the low Dutch, the Germans, the Roosevelts, and the Vanderbilts. Breakfast is served in the dining area at 8:30am Sharp. It is home cooked by the hostess, an interesting assortment of baked entrees using local produce.

Stayed here for two nights. Lovely rooms, super friendly owners, and phenomenal breakfast! The location is also great, right next to the Vanderbilt mansion. Would definitely stay again!
