Clean and Comfortable. Made a last-minute reservation here while traveling through the area by bicycle. Staff was very friendly and accommodating - they went out of their way to put me in the largest room they had, so my bike could be kept in the room with me. Everything was very clean and tidy. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I left before breakfast was served, so I cannot comment on that. Overall this was the best value for the price of any place I stayed on my 8-day trip.

The staff is wonderful and the place is too!!! The hotel is Exceptionally clean, well kept and very quite. Also, the staff and manager Sonny went out of their way to help me correct a booking error I made. They were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast in the lobby was very good too!

I've stayed here many times in the past four years, and this last time was the best one yet. They've updated the look of the grounds beautifully and the room was clean and comfortable. I love the staff--always so helpful and friendly. Best of all, the rooms were quiet--big, thick doors and walls--and I love having the fridge and microwave to save money on meals. The breakfast was very nice. Over all very nice Stay for best price

My husband and I have been traveling to New Paltz frequently over the past three years to visit elderly family members. We are therefore in a unique position to note the many improvements made to this hotel by the current owner. He moved rapidly from making the hotel lobby/breakfast area a warm and welcoming space to making significant improvements to each room (vastly improved room key cards and locking mechanisms, new microwaves and refrigerators, bathroom improvements, improvements to the overall decor) and to improving the physical plant, including a new roof and gutters and recent resurfacing of the parking area. Additional improvements are ongoing. But the main reason we like to stay at Rodeway Inn New Paltz is the staff. Staff are truly interested in serving all guests to the best of their ability and the friendliness and service ethic is excellent. We will continue to make this hotel our home away from home in the future.

I'm here a lot for work and the staff are so welcoming which really makes this home away from home such a pleasure to come back to. They are always accommodating and do what they can to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxed stay. The rooms look fine, always clean and beds very comfortable. Overall it's always a great experience with warm welcoming staff. Great rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful, well maintained hotel. The staff is very professional and courteous. They say hello in the halls. It is always a pleasure to stay here. I have never had a bad experience in my stays at this hotel. The people that stay were good people, families weddings etc. I will def come again
