Really loved the hotel. It has an old feel to it that makes it feel homey, rather than clinical like a lot of new hotels. Definitely would stay again. The staff was wonderful.

I visited the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel for a conference. The conference rooms were elegant and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

Attended a conference at the hotel. The facilities were very clean and well appointed. The staff offered great service as well.

Check in and out was easy. And the event was done beautifully and the food was delicious! Only complaints are It's very outdated, and there was food plates sitting in the hall from morning til the next morning

I attended a social function at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel. The food was excellent and the staff was courteous a always. The staff was very contentious when a large glass object broke in the hallway. They were there immediately to clean it up and took care to warn the patrons of the hazard.
