Super 8 by Wyndham Grimsby Ontario

Renovation going on but not a problem. Complimentary breakfast not extensive but satisfactory. Front desk on duty very helpful and friendly

It is a Super 8. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. (some of the reviews seem like they are written by people who do...) Hotel was clean and pleasant enough. Breakfast was included - we were happy to see they had a waffle maker :) The best thing they have going for them though is their staff!! I booked directly with the hotel. Germaina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went out of her way (ON CHRISTMAS DAY no less) to ensure that our stay went smoothly. The other lady that was there when we checked in (I didn't get her name) was also very nice. They certainly made our stay even better!

Nice, quiet and clean place. Not so expensive. The hotel is close to a lot of thing such as niagara falls. Drive to the falls was only half an hour. Swimming pool was nice a warm. I like their jacuzzi. It was so warm and relaxing. If you don't like touristy spot then you should stay here.

Room was great. Was able to get an early check in cause we were coming in for a wedding.

Staff was pleasant, but tub was horribly stained, desk didn't have any plugs and the elevator is so slow is almost unusable. Used the steps far more often then the elevator. Wifi didn't work for the first night and had to hot spot my phone. Will look for other accordions next time.
