Beamer Falls Manor

About

Wedding Venue, Private Parties, Company Retreat, Country Manor atop the Niagara Escarpment alongside the Bruce Trail at Beamer Falls Conservation Area.

Story

This is a large Manor Farm built by an old Grimsby Family called the Beamers. At one point in time, they owned over 500 acres of land on the Niagara Escarpment. A large part of their estate is now the Beamer Falls Conservation Area. The original family farm house has been fully renovated and enlarged, surrounded by 22 acres of fruit trees, grape vines, rolling fields, a Christmas tree farm and Carolinian forest backing on the conservation area and the Bruce Trail. The scenic waterfall "Beamer Falls" is our neighbour. The Manor is a romantic, charming, luxurious and relaxing retreat used for special events such as weddings, private parties, corporate retreats, yoga & wellness retreats, and many many more functions. I have only performed here once, and it's now my new favourite venue! If you are looking for something different, something that is NOT a golf course or a banquet hall, please consider Beamer Falls Manor. I recently performed there as a DJ, and somebody who has done weddings for over 20 years, I can tell you that it's perfect for small, intimate weddings and other events. Just perfect for a ceremony outside - imagine getting married in front of a huge tree, and have enough room for a cocktail hour. Inside is big enough to have dinner and a decent sized dance floor. Rooms are available for rent, too. The owner, Brian, was on site to make sure all was well. The grounds are clean. Brian is very helpful and friendly. The location is close to major highways and easy to find on a map or GPS. It's a great, intimate venue to have your wedding. This is the "something different" you have been looking for. Seriously consider Beamer Falls Manor - Grimsby's best-kept secret.

We recently held our wedding at Beamer Falls Manor and it was magical! Brian and Nancy opened their home and their hearts to us. They were so thoughtful and gracious to us, our families and our guests. They attended to our needs while also giving us space and control over our special day. We are so blessed to have found such a perfect venue that is gorgeous, comfortable and intimate, and we are so blessed to have met Brain and Nancy. We truly felt like we were home, and treated it as such. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful venue and it's beautiful owners.

A true gem located far enough from Toronto to feel you've escaped, but an easy distance for even a one night stay. From the the initial phone call with Brian, you immediately felt like family coming for a visit versus strangers wondering if they could spend the night. Everything from the warm greetings upon arrival to the well wishes upon departure made you feel that this is a place I would certainly come back to visit and recommend to others. A beautiful historic home, with vast acreage that you could stroll day or night . Beamer Falls is just a short walk away with some nice trails to walk or to just sit and enjoy watching the falls. Our hosts Brain and Nancy are just genuinely nice people whom you will enjoy engaging in conversation to learn more about the Manor, the area or to learn more about them and their lovely family. They care that you are comfortable and are enjoying your stay with them. A wonderful breakfast in the morning that accommodated my dietary restrictions. A great place for any occasion! We will definitely be back. Thank you Brian and Nancy for making our 40th wedding anniversary getaway memorable and we look forward to seeing you and the family again soon. Larry and Maureen

Beamer Falls Manor is truly a beautiful and enchanting place, where everything that could go right does. My S/O and I wanted to avoid the Canada Day long weekend city crowd by escaping to the countryside, and found this perfect little bed & breakfast on google. It was a very last minute booking and I had little hope that there would be any availability for the long weekend, but the Manor was irresistibly perfect--I just had to try. I was met with an almost immediate response by Nancy, who told me they were booked for the weekend except for exactly one room, their cabin/cottage suite, normally meant for newly weds. We took her up on an incredible (flexible, and gracious) offer without another thought. When we arrived, we were greeted by Nancy and Brian as well as a complimentary fruit plate, bottled water and sparkling juice. Brian gave us a tour of the property and suite, which were all picturesque. The Manor sits on a massive expanse of land, surrounded by a vineyard, a pear orchard, a towering weeping willow and enclosed by trees all around for a very private atmosphere. They often host small weddings, for which they have the ideal space and ambiance. Nancy and Brian themselves are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Brian spent the time to talk to us and give us a little history of the property and their b&b business. He comes off as a very real, hardworking and thoughtful individual--very easy to connect with. He offered us his personal phone number to contact with at our convenience. The suite was exactly as pictured, as well as clean and comfortable. The Manor is made up of a collection of vintage furniture which lend to its interesting and quirky character. In fact, our suite even included a claw-foot bathtub. Finally, to top it all off, the breakfast was generous and scrumptious, all locally sourced and/or farm fresh. Nancy and Brian also took special care to accommodate dietary restrictions. It was actually very clear to see how they meticulously care for all of their guests. I cannot give praise enough for this b&b and Nancy and Brian. I strongly encourage anyone who enjoys life's greatest and simplest joys to indulge themselves with a visit to Beamer Falls Manor.
