A clean and friendly place to stay. Best price found at this level of motel. The free breakfast is a bowl of cereal , bagel and endless coffee. There is a Tim Hortons right next door though so at least that is better. They are NOT pet friendly else I would have given them 5 stars.

So the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is right next to Tim Hortons. But my room smelled as if someone had been smoking in it forever and was currently doing so. The breakfast in the morning is just cereal.

not the fanciest in the city, but it's in an excellent location just steps from sherway and right next to Tim hortons for a motel it is reasonably priced and always clean and comfortable., have stayed here many times.
