Green Acres Motel

I'd give it 5 stars for a motel. I've stayed in worse 4 star hotel rooms. We stayed in the King sized bedroom. It was very clean and spacious. Bedding was clean, Air conditioner blew cold air and the fridge was nice and cold. We asked for an iron and towels and was provided them very quickly. 25 min Uber to Toronto. 1.3 km walk to the Long Branch GO Station which cost $4.75 each to get to Union Station. 5 min walk to a Farmers market on Sundays.

Great place friendly people, the room I had was nice, but not very clean. But customer service was good, polite. They were kind enough to let me stay here with a cash deposit. And gave me a discount for my second night I have stayed here a few times and like it very quite peaceful. And beds are comfortable! Thanks again for a peaceful well rested stay!

Green Acres Motel is a hidden gem nestled by the serene Lakeshore Road in Mississauga. From the warm welcome at check-in to the pristine rooms, every detail was impeccable. The well-maintained clean rooms provided a cozy haven after a day of exploring. The good front desk staff made me feel welcomed with their kind greetings every morning and evening . The peaceful ambiance provided the perfect escape from the city hustle. The nearby beach and scenic trail added to the charm, offering opportunities for relaxation and exploration. Overall, a delightful experience that I can't wait to repeat! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat away from the ordinary.

Good location and value considering the price of hotels in the GTA. I was however, shocked to see that the room did not have a deadbolt or security bar, just a basic privacy lock. When I asked about this staff said “don’t worry about it”. I ended up having to improvise due to my son being in the room with me. This is my only complaint, but a major one!

Stayed for 5 days. Room was simple, clean, and bed very comfortable. Had everything I needed. Very quiet and warm. Had a bit of a retro feel which was just fine for me. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Easy access to Toronto, and local stores within walking distance had what I needed. If you're looking for something simple and relaxing I would recommend it. I would go back given the chance. Room was a comfortable size, and bathroom was bright and clean and plenty of hot water important on chilly nights. I agree with a previous reviewer that the heater had a tendency to blow the curtains but was able to tuck them out of the way. I felt it was worth the price everything considered.
