AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! High quality and beautiful unique furniture. Yes, their prices are on the high side but its because you are paying for high quality and unique designed furniture. We decided to upgrade our couches after 15 years. Our original couches were from Sundeep Furniture and we were so impressed with such a good quality that lasted all these years that we decided to get our next set from them too. We had a problem at first as the set that we had ordered was not the exact one that was delivered. Also, one of the couches was very different than the other two. We contacted Sundeep Furniture and they promptly took care of the issue by asking us to send photos to confirm the difference. He immediately apologized and advised that they will re order the correct ones as he's unsure why a different set was delivered. He advised it would take approx 4-6 weeks until the correct order comes. To our surprise we received a call after less than 2 weeks advising that they were ready to pick up the wrong order and deliver the correct one. They delivered the couches that we ordered and we couldnt be more happy with them. Thank you so much!

SATISFIED CUSTOMER !! GREAT PRICE, PRODUCT, SERVICE AND DELIVERY EXPERIENCE I put in an order for 2 couches pictured and custom cushions with a deposit. I found similar styles at much higher prices at other big name stores. My couches were delivered on time. Excellent build quality. Overall i am very satisfied with the price, service and the cushions ! They look great and from the quality it seems like they'll last a long time.

Bought my first ever sectional from Sundeep and not only was it a steal of a price compared to all the other corporate businesses but they were prompt for delivery, exceptional customer service and quality as well. For transparency I ordered the couch and it was built in the wrong configuration, unfortunately I wasn’t home to correct it but I gave them a call and they were able to come back and fix the issue. 5 Star Service All Day.

The name says it all .. expensive garbage from pushy people that will try to rip you off.. you’ve been warned! Try to buy Canadian products, not the ones made with child labour in a lawless country!

I cannot say thank you enough to Sandeep Furniture and their amazing employee Gurinder. We had gone around and looked at many sofa/love seat combos including the ones they had but whenever we stepped into a store you either felt unwelcomed or that the employees were just sales hungry. But here it was different. First day at Sundeep Furniture they let us look around. Gurinder gave us some knowledge on Bonded Leather vs Leather Gel. We were not ready to take the leap as we still needed to think about what we wanted, style, color etc. The very next day we got in our vehicle and drove over with no hesitation. They have amazing prices, quality and have warranty on their products. Gurinder is very knowledgeable on the products and shows you what they have with pride. They also have amazing customizable options from color, fabric, decor, etc. Apart from obviously the product we bought it was a very different feeling being there shopping. They were not pushy at all. Family owned business and they treat their customers like family. They let you browse and discuss instead of following you around pushing every product they think you should buy. We even managed to get the sofas shipped to our home the same evening!! We will definitely come here again when its time! 10/10 would highly recommend them!

Extremely happy with the service we received from Sundeep. From delivery, assembly, and installation to fixing a few scuffs on the furniture, we were completely taken care of in the most professional way possible.
