Bought a 5 dollar mystery box from find 2 days ago to open up and find 4 dollars worth of stuff . 4 Christmas tea cups markers a dollar a piece ! I guess I paid 1 dollar for the box that was mailed to someone else , that had all there info still on the box ! Not a cool selling method . That's called a scam . The box should of had 6-8 dollars worth of items not 4 $. Will only have bad things to say moving forward about " Find "
Been here once and just wanted to say the selection is amazing and the care that goes into the hiring process and the respect shown for the people they serve shows they go above and beyond for their clientele.
Very disappointed with the pricing. In the past, FIND used to be affordable, but they became the next “Value Village” spiking their prices! $30 for a worn-out chair ! Very unreasonable!
Fantastic local Find pun intended. Donations are made fantastically easy with the drive thru drop-off zone. The staff are friendly, the items are well organized, and the business model of supporting Habitat for Humanity is fantastic! Would recommend
Good store with good products. I found the best mug I own here. The staff is very welcoming.
Our toddler loves coming here. There's always a good book for him and the staff make us all feel so welcome. They do so much for the community- you can really feel the love when you walk through the doors.
I appreciate what they're trying to do here but I have tried returning things here multiple times and always get turned away. Last one was for a tiny hole in the fabric. If you're going to donate stuff, try a different place that's less picky. These guys are snobby.
I needed a sturdy table with a shelf to hold our older model TV. I spied a table on a shelf. Not sure if it is some kind of stone finish but we meaured it. It was the perfect size and we sat on it together which meant it could hold 300 lb easily. It was like it was waiting there for us. Only cost $35. They have quite the selection of furniture there with some of the wood showing wear but bargains to be had. Counting customers at the door but it wasn't that busy today and we got in right away. I think you have to wear a mask.
When someone makes a donation pick up appointment, it would be great to know in advance that the pick up might not happen. I'm pregnant and can't move anything by myself and we are moving in two days. I needed this furniture out and all I was told after I decided to call was that it was "up in the air". I'm extremely disappointed and I will never recommend this company to anyone after that. If I was told beforehand, I could've figured it out. Moving is stressful, use a different company if you don't want a possible added stress.
Very clean and well-organized. $1 for books is a great price!
