I decided to go with an adjustable bed due to my health. So I did some research and decided on the Serta brand of mattress and adjustable base. Then I phoned Serta Cda and was quoted a price & delivery of 4 to 6 wks, I asked if it could be delivered earlier than that because of my health and he responded that he couldn't. Then he suggested I check out local suppliers of their products which led me to the "Mattress Super Store" after talking to the 10 other serta supplier's in Edmonton. The salesman named Ish was the reason I chose this store. Unlike other Salesman he didn't try to up sale me "at all". He listened to my request and said he would check on the availability of my choice and get back to me. Within the hour he got back to me with a delivery date and price for me which was only 100.00 more than Serta & shorter delivery. I made the purchase and waited for it to arrive. The day before delivery he had received half of the package he phoned and was apologetic with the error that the supplier had made. Which I found refreshing, Usually on my experience I'm the one that has to call &ask what is going on. The day the remainder of my order showed up was a couple of weeks ago in the worst weather and I suggested that the next day would be fine, But he said that I waited long enough and his delivery team would be showing up even if it was after hours. True to his word two men named Howie & Mike arrived and set up the bed. They took the time to Explain everything to me as they set it up ,so I would be able to dismantle and move at a later time. Not once did Howie or Mike make me feel uncomfortable and even asked if I would like to keep the mattress cover to protect it should I move as they were cleaning up from the install. So I would recommend if you are looking for a bed go here and ask for Ish
Furniture Superstore has a great selection of furniture, from Sectionals, Sofas, Dining Room Tables, Chairs and Bedroom Sets! Staff is help and their prices are really good. Definitely worth checking out!
Mike did exceptionally great job, very polite easy to talk came on time and assembled my bedroom set nicely and he is very knowledgeable and informed me of staff i didn't knew about my furniture FIVE STARS all around, above and beyond service. Thanks Mike thrilled to do business with you.
The store had good selection and quality was also good. Jamie helped us, he went above and beyond. If you are looking for a solid wood bedroom set this is your place.
Compared to other furniture stores close by, this place have good selection of furniture but quite pricey.....
Incredible experience from start to finish! Sales guy was super helpful but not annoyingly pushy! We paid for the delivery and set up fee and they even delivered a day earlier than expected! Most places are later never earlier. The delivery and set up team were so friendly, quick and efficient! Mike and I didn't get the other guys name, thank you so much for being so awesome!! We are so extremely happy with our purchase thanks to the whole team at Furniture Superstore! Lindsay and Tiffany Christianson.
The two men who delivered our couch did an AMAZING job. They made sure to not scratch anything and continuously checked in with us during the set up process to make sure we were happy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Delivery went super well! JON our sales guy was amazing! We got a amazing deal! This is the place to get a mechanical bed if you are in the market! Delivery guys were very professional, followed all the covid safety requirements and went through all the features with me again, some I did not know about. Left everything super clean and tidy! Great bunch of guys! Super team! We will buy from here again and recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks guys, it was a great experience!!! I'm typically a hard sell.. so a perfect review from me is almost impossible..great job!
We purchased a couch and love seat through furniture superstore and it was an excellent experience from sale to delivery. The salesman upon purchase was respectful and helpful and made the in store experience very positive. He also provided us with a quick delivery time for the furniture as well which we were thankful to have the products sooner than expected. Upon delivery, the furniture was delivered to us in excellent condition and the guys who delivered the furniture were respectful, quick, tidy, and friendly. Overall, excellent staff and great furniture!
The two gentlemen that delivered my dining table did a great job. They showed up well within the alloted time, we're friendly, curtious and took great care in assembling the table.
