if there was a way to give less than one star i would like to know how to give Leon's negative 10 stars in order to warn people off using this store. My wife bought her sister a couch and love seat as a gift. 14 weeks later the heavily wrapped furniture showed up. The delivery people slightly damaged the front door on delivery, dropped off the wrapped furniture and quickly fled. Once the furniture was unwrapped guess what, instead of new furniture as paid for in early January she got: USED FURNITURE!!!! No kidding folks, scratches, patches, stains and where the heavy guy in the previous family sat a clear depression on that side of the couch. Mother of Mercy no kidding at all. USED FURNITURE instead of new. My shocked wife called customer service, the person she spoke to did not seem surprised at all "would you like us to send out a repair person?" OMG a "repair person" that is Leon's approach to USED FURNITURE delivery instead of the actual new furniture: we are willing to repair the damage the old users did. You cannot make this stuff up folks, next option: "you can wait 8 to 14 weeks and we will delivery replacement furniture" so that could be as long as 6 months from the point my wife paid in full to get delivery of the actual new furniture. Look if you are thinking of buying furniture from a huge chain like Leon's my advice would be just don't do it. go somewhere smaller and locally based with decent human beings running the store, pay a bit more and and likely you won't end up with what clearly appears to be USED FURNITURE.

Really large selection of furniture, lots to choose from. Their sale prices were what intrigued me to come have a look. I went it prepared to buy a love seat and sofa, being recommended to a specific salesmen by a friend. Unfortunately said salesmen didn't work there anymore so I spoke with someone else. I don't want to go into to much detail, but I didn't have a good experience with the salesmen, especially when it came to buy. I ended up getting a weird vibe from him and decided to think about it. Then I remembered when I bought a couch there about 8 years ago, and two salesmen and a manager had a dispute, in front of me about whose sale it was. I still bought at that time, however fast forward to present and I wasn't about to just deal with a bad customer service experience again. Thought about, decided it wasn't worth my business. Dissapointing.

Found a great looking bedroom set for my daughter. First purchase of the hutch and side table were excellent quality which was a very pleasant surprise. But my salesman was terrible. First asking me to hold on a second while he needed to figure out something on the computer. I waited a while and then noticed he was actually on the other side of the store at another computer putting in another sale with another customer. I should have walked out of the store at that moment. Second problem was i was also price matching the first items as they went on sale at the time(cyber Monday). He would not refund me the money but put it on my sales agreement as a credit. Now a few months later(Jan 30/18) i come in to pay for the bed and this credit is not given to me. It is mentioned that the price of the bed has come down so i am getting this discount when it wasn't even for the said bed. All in all, surprisingly good quality bed. Horrible sales people. These kind of snakes give all other salesman bad reputations unfortunately.

I haven't even got my furniture yet, and I'm already upset. My in store (very friendly and helpful) salesman, assured me that on delivery day, I would get a phone call in the morning with an idea of the delivery time. It's now 12:30 pm. I have not received one phone call. I tried calling the store at 10:30 this morning, but they didn't answer. So I called the north side location, and was told I'd get a call within an hour. So at noon I called the south side location again, and was told I will get a call soon. I hate being lied to. Just tell me if I'm getting my flipping furniture today or not, and if it's gonna be an hour or 8 hours.

Just south of white mud drive, on 50 Street is one of the biggest and very well organized, hugely stocked with tremendous variety of appliances, furniture and furnishings. Only thing is that, you can wander the whole store devouring its layout, ambience and opulence MINUS any human touch or warmth or greetings. One wonders how this store sells!! Prices seem to be appropriately great, but who tells it?? If you happen to be there
