Friendly sales people, not overly pushy. They like to introduce themselves, then allow you time to look and test out the floor models. Good variety of furniture, no crazy pricing. Everyday folks can shop here... My mother must bought a beautiful couch there. Thanks for great service.

As the owner of Frame of Mind, a local custom picture framing business here in Edmonton, I know the value of quality products and good service. I wasn't disappointed when my wife and I recently bought both a dresser and a bunk bed set for our young boys from Yvonne's. We were hoping for furniture that would last a reasonable amount of time while being price conscious (let's be honest - kids are hard on furniture!). We found exactly what we were looking for at an unbeatable price at Yvonne's, and were taken care of by the owner, Jason, throughout the whole process. The pieces were carefully delivered, everything was in good order, the assembly instructions were straight-forward, and all parts were included. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

I bought protection plan alongwith furniture but when I went for claim after finding problems in furniture,they refused to accept my claim. This company only charge for protection plan n earn an extra money but when you go for claim they refused to help. Very disappointed. I reliase that this was Just waste of my money. Please buy from well known companies rather than yvonnes. At least they will pay you back what they earn from you.

I bought a bed frame from here , the salesman inside was very helpful, but they mixed up my bed with someone else's so I came in the next day and the manager himself brought my bed to my house cause the movers were not avaible, I will be shopping here again for sure very good customer service given the circumstance.

Prices great but quality is not good. We bought a sectional a year ago and two of the recliners have broke. One broke 6 months in and the other 11 months in. Who thought you would have to replace a sectional after a year. Will never buy here again or reccomended to friends and family.
